I've worn Timberlands for decades. The boots on my feet are 7 year-old Timberlands. They are daily drivers and show no signs of fading.
But these THINGS are unworthy of the Timberland name. Buy sneakers from a sneaker company.

These shoes are absolutely terrible on your feet. No arch support, and your heels will constantly be rubbed raw. I definitely don’t recommend for a long shift

I personally think these shoes were great but they are too high and are NOT safe if you need to WALK around a lot. Each time you bend the ankle the very strongly knit fabric tears into the back part of the leg/lower foot portion.
SOLUTIONS: I recommend the fabric is made soft and arched outwards so that it doesn't jab straight into the lower bottom foot part.
The symmetry and design of the shoe makes absolutely no sense to a regular persons ankle that needs to WALK thus concluding this shoe is unsafe and should be removed from your list of available options.
The only reasons I would justify using this shoe is is if your stay in one spot and don't move.
I would also ask that the shoe information display shows that the shoe is made only for standing in one place and not recommended for walking with.

These shoes may have just not been the right shoe for me. I do extensive walking all day (10+ miles), at first these felt great. Eventually, I realized the ankle band had been doing damage to my heel and caused a lot of straining to the bottom of my foot. A week later I'm barely able to walk on one foot, as soon as I switched out of these I realized what part of the problem was.
Moral: The ankle band is too tight and causes lots of friction when walking extensively.

The worst pair of shoes I have ever owned. Wore them for 3 days at the warehouse and I can barely walk at the end of the day. You’re better off strapping a piece of old tire rubber to your foot.
I'd also recommend:

Rubs your heels to death. Even with long socks on I had a blister that took a week to heal after 1 work shift that I had to leave early from.

Truly awful shoe. Do not buy. Most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. I wear safety shoes 50 hours a week for last 5 years. These gave me blisters within 15 minutes of wearing.

Was a little concerned about them being slip on shoes, but they fit snugly, while not being too tight.
Wore to work twice and got HORRIBLE heel blisters. Never got blisters on my heels before, and it's agonizing.
Because I wore them, they can't be returned, so I'm stuck with shoes I'll never wear again.
I should have been more cautious when most of the 5 star reviews were "submitted as part of a sweepstakes entry".
Lessons learned are not buying shoes online again, paying attention to the return policy before purchasing, and not buying Timberland footwear. I'm glad they were on sale, or I could have lost even more money.
Another note, a couple coworkers called them "clown shoes", and with the thin material, coupled with the large composite toe box, I see exactly what they meant. They don't look like the pictures, which I hadn't really noticed until it was pointed out. Now I can't unsee it.
