When I read the reviews, I had read that these ran a size smaller, so I ordered a size larger than I would normally order. Way off, they were still 2 to 3 sizes smaller in the waist.

Why not make then a 28 or 29in inseam? I am sure that I am not the only one with 28in or 29in inseam?

Ordered three pairs of pants and will be returning all of them. Two are nowhere close in the waist compared to other brands or even Wranglers I've bought in the past. One pair was fine in the waist but four inches too long.
I used to only buy Wrangler cargo pants because they had good quality for the price. I have some pairs that are over 10 years old and would buy many more of that quality if they were available.
Unfortunately, they're not. Wrangler has consistently lowered both the manufacturing quality and materials quality over the past 10 years.
I have provided feedback many times in the past few years and seen others provide similar feedback. Since it's all falling on deaf ears, I will never buy Wrangler again.

Fit is good but does seem to vary by color, usually buy 4-6 pairs at a time and used to wear out in about a year, this last batch got thin and ripped within 3 months, even the pockets.

I'll be returning these pants. The fabric is very stiff and irritating and uncomfortable.

I have written to Wrangler before about these pants and, credit where credit is due, you responded as well as could be expected, basically saying "please revisit the site and buy again"
As are many Americans, I am disappointed by the steady loss of quality to be proud of. I was a steady user of them in the past when Riggs was the only name I associated with them. I simply do not want to buy these pants anymore. This is not a change for the better. I will just find jeans from some suitable vendor.

I am an arborist and started buying these pants years ago and found them to be extraordinarily durable. THEN, they weren't. They may still be ripstop, but they now wear thin and get like tissue paper and then they DO rip.
Not half the pants they used to be so I do not buy them any more.

I have been wearing Riggs ranger pants for 5-6 years, and have always been happy with the quality until now. The material that they are using now is much thinner and weaker then what they used before, the stitching is in less places then before and not as robust, the grommets that they are using now are subpar, the leather tape measure reinforcement No loner goes over the top of the pocket making useless, the snaps are of a much lower quality way to go wrangler use the old bait and switch. Wrangler has let us down Shame on you.

Bought a pair of these at a cabelas and didn't bother trying them on because i have plenty of wrangler jeans and know how they're cut and fit. i just grabbed them off the shelf and went to checkout. took them out of the bag whenever i got home and the stitching was awful. there was pulled strands everywhere and the bottom of one of the cargo pockets was completely ripped and can stick my hand through them. this is on cabelas as much as wrangler for letting a pair of pants that look like this leave the factory and cabelas for putting in on the shelf. and with the fabric type you would think that they are somewhat water resistant but not at all. soaks right in like a bath towel and i would hate to see how bad it its after a few washes and some wear. my money will be going to ridgecut they make a much better pair at $20 less.

Marked sizes are way off. I ordered the same size I wear in the Wrangler jeans I wear and these must have a waist at least two inches smaller.
