I use my Topos to hike in the mountains of Utah. They are up to the task on some rugged trails.

Perfect shoe box for walking and workouts

I love my Phantom 3 for my daily runs. From 4 miles to 10 miles these shoes are really comfortable and get the job done. The upper feels great! Locks down nicely and the toe box gives your foot the room it needs. Great experience so far with my first pair of Topos!

Primarily, I like the Roomy toe box in My shoes. In addition to that I really like That topo shoes come in low drop. I enjoy the snug feeling below my ankle but if I want to change anything about the shoes I would say it's probably a little too tight and I could enjoy a tiny little bit more Room in the mid foot area just before the heels. In terms of make of the shoes, they are very well-made with a lot of attention to details in manufacturing this product. Lastly, the color options on the shoes are making them really attractive from aesthetic point of view.

Love the topo shoes, they let me toes loose, but still has a slight drop and feels great around my heal.

I have switched from Altras because Topo has the roomiest toe box and perfect snug mid foot.

I fell in love with the "foot shaped" toe box when Altra came out years ago, and have been wearing Lone Peaks and Olympus ever since. The Trailventures WP solved the durability problem I had with Altra, super cushioned and comfortable and very robust in terms of construction and materials. I immediately bought a pair of Ultraventures for running and wearing around. And customer service is top notch, Aimee helped me out with an order snafu and sent out a new pair immediately. Love my Topos!

I've had a lot of Topo shoes and these have a bigger sole than most of them, and it feels just as great as the others I've worn.

First time with Topo. Seem like excellent quality out of the gate. Very comfortable run and the insole is nicer than other brands with some arch support. I have somewhat wide mid sole and these work for me - only one of two brands that do.

Like the toe box. And Lacing system. Winning the Sweepstakes would be nice

So I have a long history of metatarsalgia which makes long runs and hikes painful. Finding a comfortable boot impossible. Until this model. Just completed the Hunt trail in Baxter State Park (first or last leg of AT) without a hitch. Absolutely amazed. Legs are a bit sore, but feet pristine. These boots performed well on all surfaces, wet and dry. Had no issues with toenails (lost all but two on another multi day hike in another top of line boot ). The lacing system was great. Feet stayed dry, and didn't overheat. And very lite. Overall, simply very impressed. Might actually sign up for another multi day hike. Customer service was excellent in helping me order.

Love the fit roomy and very comfortable best shoes I've ever worn

I had a pair of Speedgoats and I love the maximalist cushion. But the narrow toe eventually either caused or exposed a problem at the ball of my foot, and these Topos have been the compete answer. They're all I wear, every day. Work, workouts, construction, you name it. The toebox is an amazing difference, and the whole shoe is just perfect for me. Plenty of firm cushion, I'm ready to buy some running shoes to replace my gel Nimbus.

As a musician, Stage performer, my topo, allow me to move carefully around the stage to engage various instruments, stepping over wires, sometimes dancing going off stage requires stairs at times are going to the green room stairs again topo allows me to navigate my performance, venue and area with confidence and poise. The configuration of the sole allows me controlled movement on nd off stage.the roomy toe area prevents Foot cramping..this is my fourth pair of Topo shoes in five years ..

If I could actually count the miles that I have put on my feet since my first memory of wanting to hike the woods and wide open spaces, the amount of miles would be staggering. Throughout the 60 plus years I've been doing this, I have been surprised at how much shoe tech has improved. As I have gotten older I have not sought out name brands as I have sought out support and comfort. These hikers have really hit the mark. To finish a hike and not feel any pain from my toes to my hips is astonishing. Shoes make a difference. These shoes are the best I have worn! Thank you.

Roomy toe box is great! It is very difficult to find a shoe that is shaped how a foot is actually shaped. It is even more difficult to find a shoe shape properly that is an 11 and a wide! These fit great and there are color opitions!

Hiking they are the most comfortable hiking shoes I have owned

Love the Phantom. I'm a recent convert from another brand that also advertises itself as having foot shaped shoes but that brand has made their shoes more narrow over time and dropped in quality... The phantom's toe box is roomy and comfortable, and the lacing eyelets are really nice at the top. Cushion feels good as well - responsive but not too hard. I wear a wide and have smallish feet so it can be hard to find my size but these are great. So far I'm really glad I switched! Reviewing as part of a #sweepstakes but would be praising this shoe regardless.

Feel great! Love the room in the toe box.. Fit my feet so much better than the other brand sneakers.. Recommend by the people at Marathon Sports.. Wear them for work and walking, probably at least 50 miles on them weekly. Most comfortable she I have ever owned, and I have tried A LOT of different brands.. Thanks Topo for making footwear that actually fits the shape of the foot.. Highly recommend these sneakers!!

It would be easiest to say what I don't like about them- which is absolutely nothing. They're everything you could want in a light yet protective, grippy, water proof but also breathable and comfortable hiking boot/shoe. They're light weight. I've never had any issue at all with them using them both for day hikes but also multi-day backpacking with a heavy pack. Look no further. This incredible hiking performance boot checks ALL the boxes.

I wear these primarily as an every day shoe but have been known to hit the gym and running equipment once in a while. The shoe is light weight but provides a lot of cushion and ankle support. It's just comfortable to wear.
