i have extra wide feet but these shoes were very comfortable.

These are comfortable and need little breaking in. I wish they were a smidge wider, but they are enough.

They are not very fashion forward, but comfort is great. These are my go-to walking shoe.

These are wonderfully constructed athletic shoes with the best support of any shoe I have ever tried and I only wish that they worked for me. Unfortunately, I found even with trying them for a couple of hours a day as recommended in order to let one’s body adjust to “realignment”, I continued to have discomfort. After trying to reintroduce over a period of time, I reluctantly returned them. But I should note that I have back issues in addition to a congenital foot defect and am hesitant to push my luck when trying to break in shoes in case the discomfort I encounter turns into something much worse especially for my lower back. The story of how the Gravity Defyer company began, with the involvement of mechanical engineers, podiatrists and industrial engineers, is impressive especially with the resulting VersoShock technology. Though they did not work for me, I would still recommend trying these if you are looking for a supportive, well made walking/athletic shoe because the shoes may be the perfect fit for you.

I wear an 8.5 and I purchased an 8.5W. I should have gotten a 9 with it being W. I didn't return them and I am wearing them.

Was a really comfortable shoe and I really wanted to keep it. But it is best for a smaller person and shoe size. I am a size 11 and tall. My feet looked enormous and it made me 4" taller. If you are petite and need a good shoe, this is it.

They felt somewhat comfortable but very bulky. I when an 8 1/2 up the size to 9 felt to big.

Really wanted to like the shoe, but too short. took them to a shoe repair to stretch but not enough to wear comfortably. too late for return as I had worn them a few times. gave away

The sole is "double-layered" under the heel and mid foot but not under the toe area. It is hard for me to adjust to walking on uneven shoe bottoms.

These were so painful on my severe PF that I had to return them, after wearing them for about 3 minutes indoors. A pair of moderate stability running shoes of a different brand was far more comfortable for me.

It was too heavy for me.

I was so disappointed with these rocker shoes. The medium width is wide, clunky and the heel is very uncomfortable. I tried all the support combinations and could not get the heel to feel comfortable. I have functionally flat feet with plantar fascitis and these are not the shoes for me. Very disappointing.

Attractive shoe - even though I don't normally like black shoes. The fit was a bit too small. My big toes were jammed into toe box and width was snug. Was not a particularly comfortable shoe. I was looking forward to having a comfortable, well fit shoe for aging feet and knees for everyday use. I was disappointed. Going back almost same day as received... Thank you Zappos.

I imagine they would be very comfortable but the size was overall very small compared to other brands!

Sneaker runs large and is not comfortable feeling on the foot. Tried a size up and down and the sizing is not accurate.
