They look great but the sandal is quite narrow and the straps are quite stiff so they are iuncomfortable for me. Maybe someone with a narrower foot would like them more.

These look beautiful in theory- only took a couple of hours to slice up my ankles. Unfortunately the ankle strap is just not supportive enough and will cut into your feet.

The ankle strap was way too big and couldn't be tightened enough to fit comfortably and correctly

The shoe was not a good fit. The size was too big around the ankles.

The first size I bought was a 6 which is what I usually wear. It was about an inch too long. I returned those and ordered a 5.5 and those were too tight across the top of my foot so I sent those back as well. The return process has been very good and I would give the return process 5 stars. Thank you.

It's pretty but it's uncomfortable to wear and within minutes of wearing I got blisters on my heals

These are super cute, but one of the shoes fits entirely different from the other! The toe straps on the right shoe have been attached to be much narrower than the left shoe. Shame on me for not trying them both on before wearing them. Now they can't be returned.

Gorgeous shoe but only one foot was comfortable. Fit was different between the two shoes. Ordered a second pair it had the same issue. Very odd. Not a normal problem for me.

Tight fitting around the toes. Heavy shoe for skinny ankle strap.

Great looking shoe but I would not say it has a "cloud feel" at all. If you are expecting a cushiony base to the shoe, it is not that way.

I bought 2 pair last year, black and silver. I own probably 40 pairs of Cole Hahn shows and this is the 1stvtime I've been disappointed. They are so incredibly uncomfortable that I can't wear them. They're heavy, scratchy and hurt to walk in. I wish I could have returned them!

It hurts the back of ankle and not sure if I will wear it again.

Didn't realize the strap was velcro

There were so many blisters and cuts on my feet from these shoes. Do not buy!

I can't stress this enough, these shoes are terrible. Absolutely nothing about this is "cloud feel" and the straps are the poorest design. And on top of it all, bought during a final sale so can't even return this crappy shoe. They only LOOK pretty. Trust me on this. I wish I had read the reviews more thorough or there was one with a warning like this one, because I would have skipped this product. I'm so disappointed but mad at myself for having wasted my money on this. When asked if I would not refer the brand, this was my response: Because they are terrible shoes that are over priced so when you put them on sale of course we're going to try to get a deal but then you make them FINAL SALE knowing well that they absolutely SUCK. Tell you what, never again.

I had high hopes for these stylish sandals however when I tried them on, they were not comfortable at all. They are not leather and had a strong synthetic textile smell. The quality was disappointing so I ended up returning them.

I bought these sandals about two months ago to replace an older cork-sole wedge from Cole Haan that lasted me for years with constant wear. After two (light!) wears, the black portion started to fray and peel. Besides the poor quality of these wedges, I find them extremely uncomfortable. My old wedges had a buckle closure, which I found to be far superior than velcro.

The front strap works for me (some review mention is too narrow). However I find the back of the shoe and straps to be too wide and long, respectively. This sandal does not work for normal or narrow ankles. I do not usually find the problem I found with these. The back straps are no long that not only my ankle is totally loose, also the 2 sides of Velcro do not even overlap (that is how long the straps are!)

I love the sandals for everyday summer but the fit does not work for me. Returning. The ankle straps are very long for my fit and do not hold my ankle or leg. Leg strap is about 1-2 inches too long to even reach the velcro. Sole to ankle straps also too long, do not remain in tension. Half a number less could be better for this, but then they will likely be to tight in the front (see other reviews). Not well proportioned.

Not comfortable to wear at all.
