To loose around the ankle and was hoping for leather not suede.

The shoe is nice looking and well cushioned. The quality is really good. However, I got blisters on my heels and on my toes at each point of contact with the straps. They don't feel like they will soften quickly, so I am sure it will require a longer break-in time.

This is a great shoe It appeared to run about a half size too big for me But I wish I had kept the original size as they have size smaller ran more narrow for some strange reason. I might be returning.

Not as comfortable as expected or the other CH shoes I have.

The straps that cross under my ankle bone rub my skin. I'm afraid it's a blister waiting to happen. I returned them. Comfortable otherwise and trurto size

Beautiful shoe, but runs small.

I love the light color & style of this shoe. I was on the fence about keeping them because the strap across the top of the foot seems a bit tight. Hoping is will loosen a bit with wear, otherwise it will be a costly mistake. I have always loved CH shoes but consistency of quality seems to be an issue recently.

Toe straps were so extremely tight, and I have normal to narrow feet. Velcro strap cheapened what is otherwise a beautiful sandal. Add a buckle strap and alter toe straps and this would be perfect. So disappointed that I had to send back as I have other Cole sandals that are amazing!!!! Return process is easy which was appreciated.

The shoes are super cute but are too tight in the strap. I've been wearing Cole Haan for years and have never had this problem. Maybe I'm getting old and my feet are getting fatter.

Nice looking, but heavy and not as comfortable as I had hoped. The ankle straps are particularly uncomfortable and resulted in blisters.

Beautiful shoe, wish it was more comfortable. The sole comfort is fine, but the material on top of the foot is a little rough. I usually have problems with sandals being too loose because I have a flatter foot; I took my regular size and they are pretty snug. Not sure this would fit a wide foot.

While the footbed and fit were comfortable the ankle/heel strap portion was Not. It wants to slip up and down if loosened or if tightened it digs awkwardly into my foot. Hoping with time this gets better. Not sure if I can stand to wear them enough to break them in to that point, though.

I wanted to live these sandalsbut the toe box area didn't have ANY give - so it was too tight across the toes. Would have been nice to have a tiny bit of elastic in the toe box. I had to return these.

I got these sandals for a family photo shoot. The straps were so long that I had to take them to a shoe repair shop to get them shortened to even have the velcro ends touch each other at all. The leather portion of the strap would also show if not shortened because of how far I had to pull the strap through to fasten it. I love the dark chambray color. The heel is a bit clunky though, and the comfort of the strap around the heel could be better.

It's well made but the toe area is too wide and makes my toes hang off the front. Please CH makes narrow or peep toe version for us with narrow feet. I had to return the shoes.

I had been eyeing those for a while and went to a Cole Haan store to try them one. Although they are really cute with a manageable heel height, my toes were crunched together and my pinky toe was hurting, thus I didn't purchase.

here are so cute but they are so heavy. They also run about a size small. I returned them.

I just received these pair of wedge shoes. I was so excited. I put them on and I could barely put my foot into the front of the shoe. I can't tell you how comfortable they are as I could barely walk across the floor. I just read the reviews (never did prior) and most are saying they are too narrow. I have never had to buy a wide but I would for these shoes. Unfortunately they do not come in wide. I would say if Cole Haan is getting feedback saying the shoe runs narrow, I would assume they would compensate that by making an alternative size. Very disappointing. They are being returned.

These are awful. I have the same sandal in beige and I love them. It's one of my favorite go to shoe, I can wear them all day and they truly feel like I'm on clouds. But not these. These are uncomfortable, ill fitting, gave me blisters. I'm confused why color would make such a difference but it's too bad. Very disappointed!
