Upon opening the box I could see blonde hair all over the inside. I don’t have blonde hair so it definitely wasn’t mine. I was sent a used pair and one of the soles also showed some wear. I am disappointed in Zappos part on that. Other than that I am a true size 7 so I ordered a 6.5 based on reviews. While the size I believe was perfect length, the shoe itself was a bit narrow in the toes. I am sending these back to try for the 6.5 W in hopes they will fit and wont also have hair on them.

They run 1/2 size large. I would have loved to order them in the right size but they were sold out. They look great in person.

I needed new shoes appropriate for the office and an upcoming conference, and casual shopping turned to instant "buy now" when I saw the snake print. Though the box warned to wear these for a few hours at a time to get used to "the orthotic support" they went straight into the suitcase and were worn daily for over a week. Despite a hike of 1-2 miles per day (it was a huge conference and my hotel was well over a half mile away) and being on my feet late into the evening, I never once awoke to the crippling sore soles & heels dreaded by all plantar fasciitis sufferers, and that's beyond impressive, so much so that I'm buying 2 more pair in different colors now. The snake print is on the softer and more subtle side, with a hint of gold in the pattern - it's stylish rather than flashy. The chunky lug-sole style is slightly less obvious than in the photos and was nicely grippy even on rainy streets. I bought wide width, which was ideal and felt true-to-size to me. In my typical size 10, the heel felt slightly loose - no need to size up in these! - but I think that as these mold to my feet more the heel will stay in place better.

I kept these shoes even though they were too wide in heel. I added a heel cushion. They are stylish and comfortable!

I liked these shoes and they were comfortable. I needed to return them because I need a lift on one shoe, and the sole construction was not suitable for inserting a lift.

I have bunions and a lot of trouble finding fashionable shoes that feel good. These shoes feel GREAT. They have amazing support and the wide width is truly a wide, even across the toe box. My teenage daughter loves the look, too. Normally I do not post reviews but shopping for wide shoes that feel good can be a serious challenge, so I am mostly writing this to help out a sister!

A comfortable stylish shoe you can wear if you plan on walking a lot. Its one of my go to travel shoes. Looks great with pants, jeans and skirts. Very comfortable!

I had to go down almost a full size, and the wide was slightly narrow, but after wearing them a few times they felt fine. The arch support is excellent!

I love these shoes! I first bought them in black patent, got a second pair in burgundy. They are very light weight, and offer excellent arch support, which I need to keep my feet from aching. Very good craftsmanship. Beautiful color. I can wear them all day! Vionics are the best!

I was looking for a pair of loafers that were substantial, supportive but stylish. These hit the mark on all counts. The leather is nice and thick, the soles make for stability, and the overall look is stylish and versatile. LOVE!

I had seen reviews saying how big they were so I decided to take a chance. I have moved up from an 11 Medium to a 11 1/2. Size 12 often feel too big but as anyone with a large foot knows the industry makes few 11 1/2 shoes as well as size 12. Since my foot is narrow I was hoping these would fit but sadly they are not oversized but probably fit a size 11 good. I loved the style. I will keep looking.

Gorgeous shoe, and I think it would have been very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was about a half size too big, length-wise.

I would have loved to keep these shoes, unfortunately the heel was too large and my foot would not stay in place.

Not the most comfortable Vionics I own. They are a good looking shoe though. I ordered a wide and they are not really very wide. I knew from my daughter having these, they run a little long so I ordered 1/2 size down. The toe is tapered and squeezes a little but overall I’m happy with them. A little rubbing on the inside back of my foot.

This shoe was exactly the style I was looking for in a wide width. Unfortunately, the 8W was too big in the heel area so the shoes have been returned. Thank you Vionic for continuing to offer stylish shoes in a wide width. Usually your shoes fit very well!F

I ordered these shoes in the same size, 6W, as the Uptown loafers that I already have and think are fabulous. However, these have a slightly higher heel that causes my foot to slide to the front and my heel to slip out of the shoes. I considered a smaller size but this style doesn't come in a 5.5W so I am reluctantly returning these shoes.

I have several different pairs of Vionic loafers that I love wearing particularly the Uptown suede loafers in 6w. On the website they appear very similar to the Kinsley that I ordered. Unfortunately, the heels slip and, even with socks, they are just too loose. I will exchange for ½ size smaller.

Love the shoe! Can't wear 'em! Tried 7 1/2 and 8. Heel width on both made it impossible to keep shoe on while walking. Tried heel inserts and sox. Nope. Flop flop. So sad. :[

I usually wear a 8.5 medium width, but with Vionic brand I always wear an 8 medium. I have bought a lot of Vionics over the years and a half size smaller than other brands is always right. However, the Kensley ran narrow and too long. Based on other reviews I ordered an 8 wide and the width was just right, but the length was still too long. I had to exchange for a 7.5 wide. This is unusual for Vionic to be off. The leather is super soft, and the style looks cute with wide leg jeans. Vionics are consistent with arch support, which is why I love the brand. I stand all day at work teaching, so I have to have supportive shoes.

Beautiful shoe, runs large. I'm usually an 11 and could go down to a 10.5 if they offered that size

These were too big. I wear an 8 in Vionic so ordered my usual size despite the other reviews saying these run large. I could not get a good feel as to whether these would be comfortable in the correct size because my foot slipped around when I tried to walk in them. Very simple shoe with a clean design. Be careful when selecting size! I will be returning due to the fit issue.
