It hurts my leg and not comfortable

The heel of the shoe digs into my Achilles Tendon and after 2 hours I developed a huge blister. Sorry to say because I wore the shoes outside and "Blisters are caused by a fit issue and are not regarded as a defect in materials or workmanship. The condition usually disappears with continued wear and softening of the shoe." Keep in mind I've worn Cole Hann shoes before and have always worn the same size. So I have to live with the blisters

I am a big Cole Haan fan but these shoes ripped my Achilles apart. I actually had to wear band-aids just to be able to wear them! I am hoping they just need to be broken in

Terribly stiff heels, gave me blisters on both feet first time I wore them, preferred the previous model

I've had several similar pairs, but these are terrible and destroyed my heels. Blisters the first time I wore them within the first 30 minutes.

I have a pair of 3.Zerogrands. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I love the style of the 4.Zerogrand but the harder heal box rubbed against my heal as I walked. I traded them in at the Charlotte outlet store for 2.Zerogrands in a similar style. All's well that ends well but do hope you look at the design of the 4.0 and fix the issue because I do like the shoe's styling.

Cheap product! Not worth the money!
