Possibly the most uncomfortable shoe I've ever put on my foot. I have shoes that are uncomfortable, but they are dress shoes for special occasions and that's fine. This is a casual shoe that should have one goal, to be comfortable and it misses on all aspects. The leather chosen for the heel is far too rigid and comes too high on the heel for any meaningful wear to occur. The sole and insole are rock hard and have no shape to them. They may break in at the toe, but they will never form to your foot. They do look great, and I like the style. I really wanted to like these. I like the ethos, and straight forward ethical standards, but for the price point I would expect better attention to materials, cut and shape. It's just a complete loss.

The sole of both shoes is coming off at the heel. What will you do about? These have only been worn to work for about 3 weeks.

They were tight unfortunately, I am 38 EU which is size 7 US...

Im a first time customer. I would love to have had a pair of these sandals. I ordered them and received a pair of loafers instead! When I called I was told the right pair would be sent out next day delivery and was given a code to reorder them and send back the wrong shoes. When I applied the code it was for $77 dollars and I owed $114 including next day shipping?! When I called about this, I was simply told ok, we will fix it. That was all. It all seemed so sketchy and definitely bad service. Now they are out of size 12, so I dont think they ever had my shoe in stock anyway. Now I have loafers I didnt order or want and no summer shoe. Very disappointed, I have to spread the word.
