One shoe seems bigger than the other.

Your shoes run very small. The size 8 I bought feels like a 7.5. I did not see this mentioned on the order sight

Runs small, but you can stretch out the shoe with shoe trees for dress shoes. Now my biggest complaint is the insole is uncomfortable and causes rubbing/blisters in certain spots. Otherwise, handsome looking shoe. Lets see if it lasts.

Love the shoe. THe craftsmanship is fine, it is mostly comfortable. But my big toe needs a larger shoebox down front, so it didn't work for me. Wish it did.

I love Mexico.i had a pair of marketplace huaraches for years. These seem well crafted. However the sizing and break-in period is difficult to gauge. I wear a 9 wide. In this shoe, too small. I got a 10 and have resolved to stretch them out. Its quite a long process. Im hopeful that, in Tim, they will become lifetime friends. Maybe a 10 1/2 would have been better but Ill never know.

Good looking, not much arch support. If you have tender feet don't wear if your going to a party and standing all night

Sizing super inconsistent -- I couldnt get my foot into the 10's and the 10.5's seemed like 12's in comparison.

They look nice and I received compliments on them. However after just a few wears the sole started separating from the shoe and I had to return them.

The coloring between the two shoes was off. The reviews indicate that they run large, but that wasn't the case. Also, they arrived in a plastic bag with no shoe box, not a great look for a $150 shoes that were given as a gift.

We have ordered a few pairs of these shoes to get the size right and they are very random!! either some are mis-sized or they are made erratically.

Ill start by saying the customer service so far has been great; my return went well, although now I have a lot of store credit I really dont want to use. They do give you the option for a refund. I completely wore out my last pair of Huaraches from a different brand (4 Brothers), and decided I would upgrade to what seemed to be a much more thoughtfully-designed and sustainably fashioned shoe, not to mention 3 times the price. Im sure theyre made better, but these shoes come stiff as a board. I originally bought these shoes a half size down as recommended on the website (8). They were so tight and stiff that by the end of the first day I wore them I had serious blisters on both heels. I returned that pair, ordered a half size larger, my normal size (8 1/2). After *maybe* 20 minutes of indoor use around the house I have another blister on my right heel. My last pair from 4 brothers were soft right away and never hurt my feet. I honestly cannot see how anyone can wear these shoes for more than an hour without actually injuring themselves.

I got my Hierarchies a week ago at firts i got a size too small cause the website says go down size so then i got my bew fresh pair tbey look great the smell of leather was definitely strong but my third time wearing them the bottom front sole started to rip open so im very disappointed that i paid 150 for them

Uncomfortable for price. Expected more. About same as others for $30.

I love these shoes but the sole started to separate from the heel after only wearing them about 10 times

I have worn my pair a few times now and try to break in. Unfortunately the back heel area still cut my feet and the front foot bed is not comfortable at all as theres no much cushioning but the direct whole grain insole... I did swab one size up after I first received them for the fit but unfortunately they are still not working out on me.

I love the way these look. They look stylish with almost any outfit, but they are wildly uncomfortable. There is next to nothing as far as cushioning or insole goes. It honestly feels better just to walk barefoot than in these.

Like title said, it looks great, but the edge shoe is a bit tight and sole is a bit rough. Maybe it'll soften by time? As of right now, it hurts....

Really? Here goes these white folks appropriating another item of another culture and placing it at a higher price. This is just ridiculous. You folks who are buying this at this price are just stupid and feeding into American Capitalist culture. Just disgusting. Lets see what you guys appropriate next.

I have wide feet, normally I can order a size larger and the shoes will stretch over time. Not these. I can't even get my feet fully into the shoe. So if you have wide feet don't try to make these fit. It is hopeless.

Zero arch support due to flat insole. Wore one day and ended up with foot and ankle pain. Not wearable IMHO.

I thought these look good, but about half the loafers I've worn are too spacious to work (I have a low instep). I asked customer service, and they said my low instep wouldn't be a problem once I broke these in. I even walked through shoes that did and did not fit to get sizing advice. I spent the first three weeks just wearing them around the house. When I mentioned that they still didn't fit well, customer service said they just take some time to break in. I started wearing them outside the house because walking on carpets clearly wasn't letting them "break in" as instructed. And they still don't fit. Feel like I'm slipping and sliding all over the place. It's not so much the length of the shoe (getting them smaller would be painful on my toes) so much as my low instep. Which sucks, but this all could have been avoided if the customer service team was more upfront with me at the beginning, when I asked the question, or after I'd tried to do some breaking in without taking them outside. Now I'm left with an expensive and uncomfortable pair of house slippers...

These shoes are good looking and beautifully made, however, they were made using some process that made them impossible for me to wear. I developed a painful reaction on my feet similar to shingles. Very disappointing as I do like the shoes. I am not prone to these types of reactions. In fact, this was a first for me.

The womens looks a lot better than the mens. Also make sure you order a size smaller than your usually Nisolo size. Wife loves hers. Im returning mine.
