These pants fit well, they are super comfortable, and breathable. I can move easily and they are very durable. The only reason they are getting a 4 star instead of a 5 star review is because I wish they had a bootcut option. I'm not a fan of the straight leg look.

Absolutely LOVE the way these fit. The fit True to Size and the material is strong/good quality. I love them so much I just ordered a 2nd pair.

I've had a pair of the canvas FR pants for a few years now, they have held up well as I don't need them daily. The only reason I didn't give these a 5 star is that the short is still way too long for who wear petite sizes in other brands and the rise should be a bit shorter as well, especially for the smaller sizes. I will buy more because the overall fit is better than anything else on the market!

These FR pants hit the mark for being available in extended sizes for Women. The material is light, which makes working in the field more comfortable and the pockets are perfect to hold my ID, pens, and other working utensils.

I love the way they look and feel but I have had them for 3 months and I already have a hole between my thighs. I was very disapointed because I had finally found a pair that fit me.

I have tried so many FR women's pants and these ones are the only ones that have fit my body comfortably. Now I will say it gets a 3 star because I am in between sizes apparently so I bought the larger size and it stretched it so much that now I absolutely need a belt to wear these without them falling down. I'm still able to return these so I may just end up getting the size smaller but the fact that I have to do that at all is inconvenient. I'd like for the sizes to be a bit more inclusive and fit thicker women's bodies better.

I just had a newer pair of these have the zipper break at the bottom. The "stop" comes apart. Ariat was awesome and sent me a replacement! Well, it just happened again. In their defense this time it happened on an older, more worn-out pair. But it has never happened on the FR DuraStretch Jeans that I buy. Maybe I've just been lucky? Or is it a different zipper? Either way, this review is for Ariat because I know they listen. It failed in the same place, the stop at the bottom came apart. And you don't need to replace these, they are worn out...I'm just letting you know that this is a common failure point.

Comfortable loose fit fire resistant pants. Waist is true to size and had enough room in the portion of the legs to breathe. Not too stiff.

As a plus size woman who works in a trade job, I had gone through countless pairs of uncomfortable work issued pants. These pants have been my savior. The thigh area is generous and stretchy and afford me the ability to squat down without worrying about tearing at the seam or cutting off my circulation. The pants are true to size and have been a life saver.

Been wearing these for 4 years and they seem to run more baggy in the legs now these days.
Sizing seems inconsistent as well. I tried on 3 pairs of the same exact size and the all fit a differently.
Only reason I keep getting these is because of the leg pocket. Which reminds me, why do the men's get a leg pocket on BOTH legs, but women only one? We are working in the same stuff. What gives!?

I've owned many of these pants, I love them and hate them. They are thin and comfortable, nice for summertime. That's why I keep buying them. But they only last about 2 years before the material wears too thin to wear wherever it may rub, like in the thighs. Now, after less than a year, the zipper broke. This is the first time this has happened, but for the price they should last longer. The stop at the bottom of the zipper is gone so the zipper comes apart. I have a safety pin holding acting as a stop. Ariat has been great in the past with warranty of their merchandise, and I hope they will again. And please add a pocket to the left side! I will pay the increased cost to add more material! These are work pants, we need pockets (plus I'm left-handed).

Even though these are one of the only FR pants that are flattering on my figure, they are not durable at all for the price. I cycled between two pairs for about three months at work before I wore holes in the crotch. The stretch isn't the best either, you start out the day with really tight pants and end the day with them super loose.

These fit well for work and I would have given more stars if they put the same amount of pockets as the men's pants.

I usually wear a 25/26 (purchased a 26R) and these fit a little too snug for me in the hip area and were really big in the waist. I have a 25" waist and 38" hip. Returning my 26 for 27s.

I just wore these everyday for a month (washed on hot pretty much every night) and I thought they held up great. IMO, totally worth the money and better than wearing coveralls.
I have some other Ariat clothes, and for these pants I sized down from a 32 to a 31. The 32s were significantly larger and I'm glad I went smaller. There is a little bit of give to the pants, so you want them to feel snug when you buy them. I also tried the long, but even though I am 5'8 I didn't need it... the longs were very long.
I also love the low thigh side pocket -- wish other womens pants had this pocket.

Previous review about the broken zipper. Now, I don't even think I've had these for a year yet, closely approaching. The fabric between the legs where one would chafe, has thinned out to the point I can see through it. For the price, I should not be having this issue. Other than that I do really enjoy these paints for my field work. I'd purchase more, but can't bring myself to purchase another pair after experiencing two issues with them.
