This shirt looks and feels nice on. I'm 5'9" and have long arms, and the sleeves are barely long enough, but they work for me! I use it at the barn, for riding and for running errands. Just ordered another color!

The Rebar Made Tough VentTEK DuraStretch Work shirts are more than just a work shirt. Yes, they are great for work and keep you comfortable when working in warm weather. But the material is nice enough to transition from work to a casual everyday shirt. They are easy care and come out of the laundry looking like new and no wrinkles! I have worn these doing chores and no matter how much dirt and grime I throw at them, they remain looking great and are very durable.

I love these VTech shirts, they are comfortable. No binding in the arms or shoulders. They keep you cool. I now have one in almost every color. They also wash well.

Excellent quality Short, feels like an air conditioned top. This is the coolest long sleeve shirt I have ever worn. I trail ride extensively and love this shirt. It is also very nice looking, fits beautifully. I am 36 on top, wear 34D, and small fits perfectly. Nice long sleeves. Super smooth material. Bought a second one.

This is a great button down shirt. Keeps you cool even if it is 100 plus degrees out.

I absolutely love this shirt. The color was perfect. I love the stretch of the material. The sleeves are long which I love as I often find long sleeve style work shirts don't have much give in the length of the arms. This shirt was perfect. The vents keep you cool but don't gap. This looks much nicer than a vented hiking shirt. I wore this while giving riding lessons on a very warm spring day. was comfortable all morning, even while the sun was beating down. I will get more of these shirts in other colors. Perfect for work and the material looks nothing like a work shirt. I know this will be a staple in my work wardrobe.

Just received this shirt today so haven't worn it. The fabric is really nice; I like the fact it has SPF protection. Nice weight, the sleeves are long enough, the shirt tail will stay tucked in, and it has a glasses wipe cloth! Can't wait to put this shirt to use!

I bought this for summer riding and it's amazing. Strong, fine fabric with built in vents and air conditioning, and the built in hidden glasses/screen cleaner is going the extra mile in quality. . Easy rolling sleeves and looks great. Really good fit for a large chested woman and I feel great in it.

I wear this shirt as a light jacket with a tank top under it. We have them embroidered with our company logos and they look fantastic.

Just wore it in a hot Texas rodeo. Never hit a sweat!

I work outdoors 24/7 year round. My work clothes consist of only these shirts. They are great in the summer for providing some air flow but still great in the winter for being worn long sleeve. They hold up great. I've not had to replace any of my shirts over the last 6 months at minimum.

Great shirts! I've bought all 3 colors that were available (navy, light blue, purple) and will buy more when I see more colors to buy. They're sharp looking for the office and tough enough to handle working outdoors. The venting keeps you from having a heat stroke. So far, they've washed really well. I hang them up to dry after about 5 or 10 minutes in the dryer and they've remained wrinkle free. I'm 5'7" about 165 lbs with a 36D bust and broad shoulders and the Large is perfect.

Love this shirt for working on the ranch. It has all of the vents in the back and handy pockets. Love the fit, the texture is ok. Overall happy with my purchase. True to size!

Love this light and flattering shirt. The vents in the back allow breeze to cool you off and the adjustable sleeves give you flexibility to protect your skin from bugs and sun or roll them up when the heat is on!

I am a heavy-weight person and love the fit and fabric of this shirt. Ordered the XL but worried if my upper arms would fit - no need to worrry, fit is loose also around the arms - new favorite shirt!
