Generally great! It's hard to find a good work shirt for women and this ticks most of the boxes. Comfy, fits well, and seems to help with cooling/ sun protection. My only feedback would be change the sleeves a bit so rolling up doesn't get so bunched, but overall I'm pleased.

I love EVERYTHING about this shirt! The fit is so comfortable, doesn't pull or gap at the buttons, and adds a little style even at work! I'm so impressed by the attention to detail that Ariat puts in to everything they make. Love this company!

Love this shirt. I ware plus size and this fits great for us with more curves. It also has great flexibility in the shoulders and does not bind. Love that it is breathable with the venting. I love this shirt so much I have ordered it in every color. I even love the glasses wipe on the inside, I ware glasses and live in a rainy climate, so this comes in handy.

I wear this shirt as a light jacket with a tank top under it. We have them embroidered with our company logos and they look fantastic.

I work outdoors 24/7 year round. My work clothes consist of only these shirts. They are great in the summer for providing some air flow but still great in the winter for being worn long sleeve. They hold up great. Ive not had to replace any of my shirts over the last 6 months at minimum.

This Rebar version is made of tightly woven cloth that has a slight sheen.This Rebar version of the VentTEK shirts are not as cool as the regular VentTEK - I was hot in these. These are good for fall, but I would get the regular version for summer if you run hot. Both versions launder well, hang to dry - and they dry quickly. They dry wrinkle-free and the Rebar version especially looks crisp even with no iron.

I bought this on sale last Christmas, it fits well, I really liked it. As I've worn it more and more, I've begun to find it does not wash properly (wicking a BO smell!) no matter how many times I wash it (and I've followed the label too). I reckon it must be the material because my other cotton shirts haven't done this. Real shame because otherwise it's a nice shirt!
