The kids size 5 was WAY too big, I had to take it back to the store to exchange it and the store was out of the color I wanted so I had to go with a different color. Kind of disappointed.

Sizing is ridiculous for kids. Why you have your "own" sizing system is insane. We went with another company and will never buy Crocs again. So inconvenient.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE CROCS The only problem is I love to Show who i am with The charms but I am a dancer and THEY DONT have a dance charm THEY EVEN HAVE A YOGA CHARM I am very upset about this and I don't think I will be shopping here till the add ONE dance charm

I hate that I get sent a coupon that I can't use in the store when I was only going to make an exchange in the store because the shoes were too small so I had to pay more in the store when I made the exchange because I can only use the coupon online !

I got these and they ended up being too big. I needed to simply exchange or return and reorder. Firstly, I could not exchange them which was disappointing because I got them on sale. Secondly, I tried to just return and reorder but I could not print a label. They only gave me the packing slip and when I tried to switch to using UPS, even though I don't have a close drop-off, I couldn't and got lost in circles on their website. The whole process is so complicated you need to be sure you will not have to return anything you buy.

Had to return! The spikes inside were very sharp and uncomfortable on the soles of my sons feet and mine too when I tried them. Very disappointed

Sizes need to be bigger.
