Used your measuring device where I take pic on white paper. Crocs ended up to be to small and I was not able to get it exchanged for a bigger size

wasn't comfortable, my kid was on pain after using it for the spikes on the insole.

Strap broke during first wear unfortunately and we have owned many pair of these. I think it was just a bad strap.

I loved my first pair, I wore them all the time. I ordered this pair in the same exact size, and they're too small!

i feel for some reason they ran a little bit too small and we always get the same size for the boys for some reason it was just these

The backs ripped as well. Cheaply made.

My kid started 3rd grade with a new pair of Crocs and multiple Jibbitz. Within a couple days of normal recess play, many Jibbitz had fallen out; by the time she'd worn them 2 weeks, 10 school days, both back straps had irreparably ripped from the shoes. We live 6 hours from where I purchased.

My granddaughter wears size 3, the Kids size 3 were way too big. I wear a woman's 6 1/2 & they fit me perfectly

Bad fit had to go to crocs store to get sized

First and last time purchasing crocs.

I ordered a pair of Crocs for my daughter and they were not at all the size I ordered. I followed the size guide for the ones that I wanted. I measured her foot, sized up a little bit. Right out of the package I knew they were much too big. I measured them and they were over an inch larger than the website states.

The strap on my son's croc broke within a month! We have never had this experience with a croc before and we appreciate the comfort and durability of other crocs we've ordered. We will not be ordering this style of croc and we could not return it since they were worn.

The straps on the pair are not the same size. The shorter one made the top of the croc bend. Poor quality in my opinion.. then to add to it.. you have to return and wait 10 to 14 days for the refund and the. They ask you to reorder.. poor customer service in my opinion

Bought my daughter her first pair of crocs for school. They were super cute and comfy. She's had them LESS than a month, the strap just broke! So disappointing. 90 day warranty says it doesn't cover normal wear and tear. Cheaper brands lasted a couple years.

Low quality cut into two pieces

The purple color faded to a light blue.

Absolutely horrible! Will never order from them again. Possibly never purchase crocs in my life.

my daughters crocs definitely did not meet our expectations. Quality control issue with them. She wore them for a couple weeks here and there and they ripped on the side. The strap broke off on right side and she fell.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. After just a few wears, I noticed that the material is very cheaply made. The clogs left noticeable scars on my child's feet and caused him considerable pain. I had high hopes for these clogs given their popularity, but they have not lived up to the expectations. The design and construction seem to be very subpar, and it is clear that they are not made with the comfort and safety of children in mind. I would not recommend these clogs to any parent. It's disheartening to see a product that is supposed to provide comfort and ease end up causing harm. Save your money and invest in a better-quality shoe for your child.
