One shoe was smaller than the other. Regular Birkernstocks are fine, do not order these shoes, I ordered them twice, problem with the first pair too. I talked to a customer service rep via phone on first pair, she helped me get them refunded, she reordered them again for me, and the left foot is smaller than the first pair, I am having trouble getting these returned and credited.

I almost always wear Birkenstocks. I usually buy the Mayari style with the toe strap. These were just awkward all the way around. They fit horribly.

These are NOT Soft Footbed Birks! I have several other pair & love them. These are very hard and uncomfortable--hurt my feet in several places!! Several spots on the footbed are very hard, almost sharp--don't seem to even have cork, let alone soft padding! I'm extremely disappointed!

I wanted to like these sandals after reading many good reviews, but I just can't! As I tried to make them work and wore them a few times in the process, I am unable to return them. The straps across my toes rub the outside of my foot and the top strap is too high on my instep to be comfortable. These are the third pair of Birkenstocks that I have tried. I think these shoes are just not for me.

I have MANY pairs of Birkenstocks, and this pair was VERY narrow in the mid-foot and heel. I've always been able to rely on consistency with sizing and width with Birkenstock. Not this time!
