Customer Reviews Ariat Round Up Wide Square Toe Western Boots

I ordered this item 2 times and both times I received an email 2-3 days later that my order was being cancelled due to lack of stock, not back ordered just cancelled. While ordering, the size I selected was showing it was available, when it obviously was not. This was an item on my daughter's holiday wish list, was the first time I was trying to purchase something from this company and am not sure I will try again in the future. The money was held as a pending purchase both times for 5 business days. Once, ok twice. Not ok.

These were for my wife, upon getting them she was a bit disappointed that the color looked much much different then the actual boot. But that's okay I'm confident ariat will return them and help with getting a different boot for her also for anyone getting these she said they run small and are very hard to get on

Herl seems very cheap. Boots are very stiff. I loved the Sheridan which I wore for years. Looked for a replacement, but sending these back. Disappointed......

I returned the boots over 2 weeks ago and they're in your warehouse but I still haven't gotten my refund.

I have had these boots for a while They are very well broken in, the inside has a huge leather seems. They still tear up my legs when I ride. I literally have scars from these boots. And now they are coming unstitched.

Awesome boots. I just wish they fitted my calf a little better so they dont appear so bulky under jeans.

First of all, the seam inside the boot that goes up and down is full on leather, super stiff. I have to wear thick socks for this seam to not hurt me. I don't know why there isn't a lining over the side seam inside. I can't get these things to break in. Very slick bottom.

I purchased two pairs of boots and my daughter didn't like the style and I want to return them but you can't get through to customer service to set up a return
