Customer Reviews Ariat Booker Ultra Round Toe Western Boot

I ordered boots 3 weeks before Christmas and the website says they were shipped but tracking says it is still processing. I waited more than an hour on hold with customer service and it was never answered. The next day, I accepted the call back " in order received ", but 4 days later haven't heard. I also emailed the customer support and received an automated email that it was received, I never heard back. Clearly, the company doesn't have any level of care for the customer support

boot is too big for the size and is super bulky all over

The right boot is larger, there is too much room at the heel area while the left boot is tight. True, these are my fist western boots ever but I have never had a similar problem with other shoes. My feet are pretty much the same. I'm puzzled and disappointed however boots look great. I was really looking forward to having these boots.

I liked the look of these boots, but unfortunately the pair I received was defective. The left boot was noticeably smaller than the right boot and could not be worn comfortably. I returned the boots. Ariat's quality control missed this one.

I ordered these for work. They look good.. stylish but look like they have the capability to be put through a lot of tough work as I am on construction sites a lot. I ordered a 10.5 they came in and it's be a 12. I can't believe how huge they are. Very disappointed. Sending back

Sizing is all over the place for the same boot in the same size. It does not help that availability is lacking to correct this. Hopefully third time is the charm.

Returned first pair because the size ran alot smaller and narrower than my normal size. Ordered a size up and was still too tight. Ordered the same size but in wide, but now the right shoe is a lot tighter than the left. The shoes are made in Vietnam, which might explain the quality control issues.
