Absolutely love the look, I was just scared to take a full step and crease it and fear not liking the crease marks, so I decided to return them instead. This type of leather and shape of the boot makes for a possibly awkward crease mark.

I really like these boots! I prefer the shorter style top. The fit is a bit larger but with gel inserts they are fine. Takes a bit to break in but that is expected. A pet peeve on my end is the back of pants gets caught on loop on back of boot. A great all around boot for casual wear.

I've worn my new boots for over a month now, and I am happy with them. I especially like the quality and appearance of the leather. However, I have one major complaint: the insoles which come with the boot are terrible! My feet were in serious pain after two days with the original insoles, and I thought to myself that I can't wear these boots any longer. Instead, I bought a new pair of insoles (other, generic brand) and thankfully the boots are comfortable again. I was surprised that a pair of Ariat boots would come with insoles which seem so inferior to the rest of the shoe! I will continue to wear these, with other brand insoles.

Nice quality, light weight, appears well made. Fit pretty much true to size. The width is a slight bit roomier. As another customer pointed out, the heel pull tab is too long. Pants do keep getting caught and you find yourself having to move pant over the tab. I went ahead and cut the tab shorter and it did not change the look of the boot to any significance. Would have given a 5 rating if not for the tab.

Nice looking and seem decently made - not going to get leather soles/heels for this price, but seem pretty solid, good for wearing with jeans. Decently comfortable for a bigger guy with bad feet as well, and the wide sizes are greatly appreciated! They run true to size for me - 13EE fits similar to 13 wide in New Balance/Muck boots/etc.

Needed a new pair of boots because my docs simply are not supportive enough on my feet. First impressions, beautiful boot, fits perfectly, but definitely a stiffer leather and made far better than my docs. Insoles are very comfortable and these boots in general seem very well made. I conditioned them with mink oil and the results are gorgeous.

These are my favorite boots. They break in to become the most comfortable pair of shoes that I own. My only dissatisfaction is that the synthetic sole and heel loose the brown stain on them pretty fast with everyday wearing. I have not found a aftermarket stain product that looks good. Ariat, how/where can I find a fix? These are leather boots and last a long time, I really don't want to/have to buy a new pair every six months just to maintain the brown color of the sole/heel.

Nice boots, very comfortable. Sized well, and they fit really good. The leather is very nice also. I like the pull tabs on the back but they keep preventing my jeans from coming all the way down on the boot like I wanted. They fit perfect in a half size down from my tennis shoe, but since I'm in between sizes I wear my tennis shoes a little larger anyways.

These boots were exactly what I was looking for in a low-cut boots the make and quality of their food is exceptional.

Ordered these in distressed brown to compliment a pair I recently purchased in black. I ordered the identical size, a size that already runs large. The new boots were at least a half size larger than the ones I purchased only weeks earlier. If the replacements fit, they will be 1-1/2 sizes smaller than my standard shoe size.

The slip resistant sole does not work for wet floors

These looked really nice but the wide, really isn't wide at all.

Overall, it was a great boot. Unfortunately, when I opened the box (as this was an online purchase), it was immediately apparent that these boots had been previously owned. The sole of the boot had very slight wear, and the leather was scuffed. Now, I'm no stranger to leather boots and understand that in a matter of a week, a brand new, unworn pair of boots would end up looking as these do. But when I buy "new" boots with no disclosure that they would be sending me slightly used boots, I can't give these boots four stars. A 10% discount or something to compensate for not getting the next unused box. This is in knit picky, but buyer aware. I have four pairs of Ariats and have never had this issue, and I love all of my boots.

Followed directions on web site, boots did not fit. Wasted 10% off first purchase because I had to return now no discount. Frustrated because I followed their directions regarding fit

Strictly worn for going out. Nice addition to any casual wardrobe.

Look great but the heel doesn't stay in place.. I even returned and went down a size. Don't have this issue with my other Ariats but these are too unstable in the heel. 2 stars because they look awesome.

Didn't fit right and looked like they damaged. I know these were somewhat of a "distressed" look. However, these looked like they might've been returned. They were creased in spots where it gave me that determination. The box was soaked in what smelled like degreaser and the boots had that same smell. FYI I have the black ones. So I know how they should fit, and what to expect.

The boots look great and the front feels good, but the back where my heel is awful. Hopefully it breaks in somehow. Currently just enduring the pain.

I really like the boots but they came one different then the other from left foot to right foot very tight on one and other normal

Boot is much larger than the same boot in another color. Have the black ones and fits perfect. This one was huge and the opening is way too large.

I have tried to contact the customer service team however they do not respond to email nor do they answer a call. I purchased the wrong style so I returned it and repurchased. Its been weeks since I have received my refund for the product that was confirmed delivered back to the company. I will never do business with this company again.

I ordered boots 3 weeks before Christmas and the website says they were shipped but tracking says it is still processing. I waited more than an hour on hold with customer service and it was never answered. The next day, I accepted the call back " in order received ", but 4 days later haven't heard. I also emailed the customer support and received an automated email that it was received, I never heard back. Clearly, the company doesn't have any level of care for the customer support

boot is too big for the size and is super bulky all over
