The arch on the in step is too high. I thought it'd be leather for the sole but is rubber.

The boot seems well built, nice leather and sole, seems the heel to toe drop is taller than most making it slightly odd to stand on, overall a nice shoe and the sole itself is comfortable just slightly awkward.

The boots did not come in their original box. The boots were moving around and made them get scuffed up due to the box being to big. I was a bit disappointed on this

I received the boots in distressed tan. One boot was much more distressed than the other. I sent them a message from the website but never heard back from them. The boots are really nice and comfortable, but I am disappointed about the dissimilarity between the left and right boot.

Wider toe than I expected looking at the picture. Not sure if it's right for me.

One of the boots were in good condition, but the other one was all scratched and had some smears on it. A little disappointing considering the fact these were very pricey, but they fit nice.

I really like the boots. Decent quality. They do run about 0.5 high in size. I'm normally a 10.5-11 I got these boots in 10.5 and really should have gotten a 10. Also, got the wide option wide is certainly wide with these, plus they stretch a bit, so between the size and width they're pretty loose on my feet.

Very nice boots but the fit way to sloppy in the top of the foot. I have worn this same size for years and these are loose with two inserts. i tried the water soak method and that did not work either.

Run 2 sizes too bigYou can not exchange so make sure your oder accordingly

I ordered these boots on the 22nd of August for my husbands birthday gift. I JUST received the boots today on September 2nd! I kept getting updates saying the shoes would be here on a specific day, each "supposedly" new date was ALWAYS wrong and the shoes NEVER arrived! Finally today I get the boots just for my husband and I to see right out the package so many scuff marks on both of the boots ! I am livid! Not only did I miss my husband birthday but just to see his eyes light up for excitement , just to be disappointed to see already worn scuff boots is unacceptable!! I will never spend another dime here again!!!! I wish I could give it negative stars!

Boots are well made and comfortable. Shipping was brutally expensive and slooooowww. Ordered on May 31, received on June 23. Website said 10 - 14 days delivery to Canada, boots weren't shipped for 7 days. Difficult to find variety of Ariat boots locally, at least in a low rise, so will be difficult to purchase again.

Ariat has the worst customer service I have ever seen!

Clunky and loose. Would not reccomend. Also returns take a month to recieve.

I can't believe how this got delivered to me like that after waiting so long. The box was all messed up like really messed up and the boots has scratches all over it. It's difficult for me to return it cause I don't live in the us

One star because they shortly started coming apart from the soles. Mostly wearing to town so not many hard miles.

I absolutely love these boots, as they look great and are pretty comfortable. I wear these boots everyday and use them for work, which is just a lot of walking. I bought these boots just over a year ago and these boots are falling apart. The leather is great, but the stitching just can't hold the boot together. The stitching on the loop that allows you pull so you can put the boot on, the stitching is falling apart. Then I have a massive hole in my boot that is separating the leather from the sole of the shoe. Truly sad and disappointing to have a pair of Nike's last longer than a pair of Ariat boots.

Made an order to receive a pair of boots. I needed the item sooner than usual and decided to pay the extra for "fast" delivery. The boots did not arrive on promised day. Customer service was average, but I expected a little more urgency/communication when the order was not able to be fulfilled. Don't pay for express delivery, and order with enough time.

I bought a 9.5 EE which is the size I always get in Ariat boots. The boots arrived and I tried them on feeling how tight they were. I put stretchers in for 2 weeks. It didn't help. I wore them and my feet were in agony. I had to send them back. I went to Boot Barn to try on a pair of the same size in Ariats. They fit just fine. Wrist apparently messed up in the assembly process. Fortunately they accepted my return but I got no explanation about the QAQC mess up. I do not feel I can trust Ariat again after this.

Ordered my boots. Everything was fine. Next day they were canceled. I had a lady call me and tell me she did not understand why they were canceled. Send me a 20% off coupon. Try it again. Everything was fine. Next day. Order was canceled a very busy don't have time to keep re-ordering boots just to get canceled. Have a good day.

I ordered the size i normally wear in boots. They came in way to big was very disappointed as i had a trip i wanted to take them on with me. I sent them back.

They look great but unfortunately they leak water. I wore them to work and my socks and sole got wet. Maybe I got a defective pair but can't wear these unless it's a sunny and dry day.

I paid for the booker ultra western boot in royal brown. They sent me a round tip distressed boot instead. I have called 9 times with no answer. i have emailed 5 times and the best answer that I have been given is to return their mistake before they send me the item i paid for. This company has the worst customer service ever. If this was not a gift, i would just get my money back and buy something else.

I never received my package!!! And still haven't heard from you after UPS said they lost it. What about refund?? Completely unsatisfied customer

I ordered the black booker ultra western boot and got some cognac girl boot sent to my house. I've emailed and called the customer service line and gotten no response. Its been weeks now and still no response. Even when calling the customer service line I cant get any help.

I unfortunately have to send them back because they do not fit over the middle part of my foot correctly. However, they look beautiful!
