I received my order in record time. The shoes were exactly what I expected. The first day I wore them the left shoe was as comfortable as any house slipper I have ever worn. But after a few hours the right shoe hurt the top of my foot so bad I had to take them off. Now I don't know what to do with them. I have tried to wear them again with the same result. There seems to be no adjustment that would allow me to loosen up the prssure on top of my right foot. I really like the shoes and wanted them to fit.

The order was cancelled after I paid. I wish I had better news

Shoes were out of stock. No email was sent. I finally called after a week and the said money was to go back on my card. So far it has not. Horrible experience.

I ordered a shoe and it went through with the size I needed and took my debit card. The next day I got a email saying my order had been canceled. It took 8 days to get my money back. I called to talk to a supervisor 4 times, each time I was told there was no one available to talk to me about getting my money back. Horrible customer service and when I finally spoke to a supervisor all they offered me was 40% off. Well too late because I needed the shoes for a bday gift and my purchase shouldn't have been accepted if you didn't have the shoes in stock. You need to change your procedures!

I've tried to order a pair of these shoes twice and both times a week after I order them. I get a email that they've been canceled but even though they were canceled, they sent me this link to review the product so what I'm reviewing is their inability to show the things are out of stock when you order them and not have any clue until a week later when you're wondering where The product is because it should be showing up at your house.

Fun Shoes at a good price, very inconsistent sizing. I ordered 3 pairs and they all fit differently. Poor quality control.

I wear a 12 wide. I got these in a 13. And it says EE wide. And I can't even get my foot halfway in them. Idk if it was a mix up or what. Tags all day what I ordered. But no way these are wide .

Seem to be comfy but first pair returned because of fit to get the half size under now the pair fits one foot great and keeps sliding off the other foot. Bummer because I really wanted to wear em

Very uncomfortable after wearing 2-3 hours. I've own Ariat boots over 25 years. These shoes hurt after wearing 2-3 hours.

Still haven't received the correct product. Was sent the wrong shoes. Comtactrd them. Sent WRONG shoes back. STILL HAVE NOT received the correct shoes. No emails from customer service. No updates. Nada.

Returned and never received the replacement. The first pair was the opposite of the second pair. The shoe was much bigger and was loose. Unable to take a step without the shoe falling off.

The shipping does not come in the days did I ask for

I have made 2 case files in the last 72 hours and haven't received a response. I have also called the customer service line, wait on hold for 15 minutes each time they take my number, say I won't lose a place in line and that they'll call me back and still more than 24 hours later haven't received a call. I ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe and only received 1 in my order and can't get a hold of anyone! So frustrating!

Shows are cool but the soles have worn out after only 2 weeks of use.

The insole came apart after the 5th time wearing them. The pair from last summer are still going strong. Quality of this year VS. Last year is much poorer. Ariats Quality is going down as the company is growing. What a shame....

Very comfortable shoe, fits great, easy to slip on but it took about 3 weeks to figure out that they were causing the static build up i was getting shocked on everything i touched when wearing these shoes. As an electrician im not into getting shocked and for that reason i stoped wearing these shoes

These shoes. Are horrible. They slip off his feet constantly. If he tightens the lace, they cut into his feet. That's not even the worst part. This has never happened to my husband in our 10 years of marriage. His shoes, after wearing them for about a month, only to his office job, (because he cannot wear them to work on our house, because the slip off his feet) THEY SMELL LIKE CAT PEE the only pair of shoes he owns that stink. I washed them and they made a whole load of clothes stink. If I could throw these into a dumpster fire I would. But I have to wait for his new Merrell shoes to get here first. ,
