6.5 is the right size for me, however, the front part is way too tight! I can touch my toes they are trying to push out on the sides. I was thinking I can return this and exchange for the Wide version but only realized this one I have is already the wide version...I need it wider. I think I will have to try to wear it a couple days at home and see if it will get a bit loose, if not, I will have to return it.

I struggled between 3 and 4 stars. The shoes are SO cute and very comfy through the sole. However, sizing is a bit weird if you do your "true size" then they're slightly big and will slip off the back of your foot. If you go even a half size down, your toes will pay for it. Make sure you work these in really good before you take them out on the town (or to work)! The shoe comes stiff and will hurt your heel and toes.

normally wear a size 8 and tried on those in store. they were too narrow so i went up to a 8.5. width was good but 8.5 ended up being too big.

Disappointed.. these are very expensive. I have never had to buy wide shoes but I should of with these. They are so narrow it was cutting off blood circulation. You have to buy shoes pads for the heels, because it is hard it will tear your heel apart.

I really wanted to keep these - love the look of them. But they do not have arch support and are tight for M width which is bizarre given the sole is pretty wide, but the actual shoe leather is not.

These loafers are incredibly cute and would get 5 stars however, I'm still recovering from the blisters I received 10 minutes into wearing them. I'd highly recommend buying those little cushions to add to the back of the shoe.

It was perfect at first. I thought this was a shoe I wouldn’t have to break in. It’s firm, inflexible, and the wide fit on this style almost makes it look like I’ve got boats for shoes and not shoes.

Very nice looking shoe, yet so uncomfortable. Wore one time, with no show socks, and got three blisters. Just incredibly stiff- no give at all to the upper sole. Returning.

How do you break these in??? I've tried, even with socks, they are so stiff and give me blisters. I love how these look but I simply can't wear them, not even to the office bc within an hour it becomes too painful and I get blisters which ruin my whole day. I even considered buying comfy shoes I didnt need at the store bc I was in so much pain walking around the aisles with these shoes on.

I have owned many pairs of Sam Edelman shoes and have never experienced an issue like this. The sizing is incredibly inconsistent with their normal sizes. The half size jumps were also a lot (I could fit my foot in an 8.5 but step out of a 9 when I walk). Cute, but not worth the inconsistency.

Deeply, deeply uncomfortable. I felt like the circulation in my toes was getting cut off the first time I wore these. Absolutely no give in these shoes. Even after they eventually became somewhat-wearable in the front they just absolutely cut and blister up my heels. Additionally, they scuff super easily and are terrible for actually walking around in. I regret buying these and would have returned them but I felt like I couldn't because they sent me a replacement pair (first pair got lost in the mail).

The first time my daughter wore these shoes, they rubbed her heels raw and she developed painful blisters. She had to take them off and walk barefoot the rest of the way to her office! The rest of the day, she wore them as mules to protect her heels. Not sure if she wants to try to wear them again. First, her heels need to recover.

The shoe is beautiful but the fit is off. I recommend ordering half a size smaller and get the wider version of the shoe.

So beautiful. SO BLOODY UNCOMFORTABLE. I can wear these for maybe an hour. The heel is really stiff, and the front rubbed my big toes raw even though they did not feel uncomfortable when I wore them around the house for a while. Sadly, I brought on a trip to NYC. While I looked good, every step was agony.

It's a beautiful shoe, runs true to size but you should definitely get the wider ones unless you have very slim feet. Unfortunately I'm going to return them because they're very uncomfortable. Not worth buying unless you want to be in pain.
