I have tried brand after brand trying to find a sock that isn't too tight at the ankle, like a tourniquet. These 70% wool socks are the best! They are warm enough, even for here in Alaska, yet not too tight above the ankle. They are going to be my go-to socks henceforth!

I love these! For me there's a time, and place, for cushioned socks. I rarely choose that route because my feet heat up too quickly. These are minimal but still feel extremely comfortable. I go for these practically every day. That's why I grabbed extra.

Just day to day socks

I just got the socks and own a few pair already so I know I love them, but here I want to rave about Smartwool's customer service. Due to incomprehensible incompetence by FedEx, it took me two weeks to get the socks. Smartwool shipped the socks three times, without question, free overnight each time after the first. Of course the first two shipments were sent back to Smartwool after FedEx sent them to the wrong addresses. I love Smartwool's products, but with customer service like this they have a customer for life.

I love these socks! I want to wear them everyday. They are so comfortable and work both as a dress sock of an athletic sock. They give a little compression and feel great on my feet.
