It is nicely done a bit long for me as i am petite 5'.fit to size, looks good.

Nice robe very light weight not a winter robe . I wish L.L.Bean would bring back the lined flannel woman's robe.

I have my original robe from the 80's . Thought this would be a replacement..not made in the US, not Bean quality. So goes the wirld..

Just not as heavyweight as I thought it would be, but it's lovely.

Runs slightly large. But comfy! Im 5 ' 3" and 135lbs and purchased a Petite large. Nice weight for AZ.

I looked far and wide for the right robe and I succeeded in finding it. I love the robe. Very nice flannel. Can be worn year round in Wisconsin. I deleted 1 star because it is a bit large. Otherwise it's perfect!

I normally wear a 2X or 22 US. I ordered both 1X and 2X even though the site recommended 2X for me. According to the size chart I'm firmly a 2X. I tried the 1X first (just happened to grab that one) and it fit perfect. I didn't even try on the 2X since I knew it would be too big. I love the robe so far. It's comfy, fabric is soft but not heavy, and washes well. I'm 5'3-5'4 and it falls a little above my ankles. Someone else said it might be a trip hazard if you have stairs. The tie is good, I have plenty of length to wrap it around me and tie a bow (I carry my weight in my stomach). So if you're on the border between sizes, you might try sizing down or try a couple sizes. There's an LL Bean store near me so it's an easy return situation for me. Overall, I do love the robe but the sizing issue is a little annoying.

Very soft, lightweight robe. A teeny bit tight across the back of the shoulders but otherwise very comfortable.

Bought this robe for myself for Christmas. Washed before wearing. Washing made it nice and soft, but the fabric is quite thin. I already have a robe that is thin flannel and find that good for many conditions, but I was hoping to replace another robe that is a heavier flannel. The flannel is thin but soft and warm, just not as thick as I would have liked. I purchased a Medium, which should have worked according to the size chart. It's a little short waisted, short in the slaves, and tight across the shoulders. I would normally choose a size 10 in most L.L. Bean clothing, although I have purchased a few shirts in large. If you are unsure about size, size up.

Nice and soft and comfortable. Lightweight; what I wanted, but some people might think it's too thin. My one wish is that it were a bit longer, as I am tall and like a long robe. It shrank about 1 1/2 " in length when washed and dried according to directions, but that is a lot less than other robes I have tried. This one is a keeper!

I got the 100% cotton robe years ago, first in solid pink then in solid light blue and love them! Wish they still sold them in solid colors, in addition to the plaids they currently have.

This robe is very soft and just the right amount of warmth for cool mornings in Arizona. It washed well and did not shrink or shed much. I have worn a solid blue one for many years until it just simply wore out. If it were still available in solid colors, I would have given five stars.

It was a surprise to find a bug on a sleeve. Otherwise it's comfortable and just the right size.

Much too long for me, so I had to cut it and hem it. I'm 5'9" and about 122#. Bought size small but might have been better getting an XS. I have long arms but I still need to roll up the sleeves. Body is big but I'm okay w/ it. Also, I had to remove and re-sew the belt loops b/c I have a long torso and the belt was up on my ribcage. I like the inner tie that keeps the inner flap secure. I think weight of fabric is a good, hefty weight unlike other reviews saying it's too light. Overall, well-made. I just wish the women's style wasn't so long!

I bought the robe for my daughter. She loves the colors and the softness. The robe is a little thin but it's a beautiful robe with length.

Not as warm as expected, but will work for spring and fall.

I love my flannel robe! It has a long length which is hard to find. It didn't shrink at all when I washed it. It's warm and cozy! The only disappointing thing is it sheds black lint everywhere even after I washed it.

I bought this to replace a previous robe that had worn out, and I am finding that the flannel of the new robe is less substantial than that of the robe I bought several years ago. It is nice and soft but I strongly suspect less durable.

This robe is exactly what I was looking for! Soft flannel that's not too thin but not too thick. It's warm and cozy. My only complaint is the pockets are a little bit high so that when I have the belt tied, it's difficult to get into the pockets. Pretty minor.

Love the light weight flannel and the generous size but it picks up every piece lint and cat hair in my house. Washed it a few times now and that has not changed. Kind of a bummer but I still love it.

The robe is comfortable and warm, and I'm very happy with it. I did notice that it sheds a bit but I've washed it twice and hope the shedding ends.

This robe is very well made, high quality flannel. The cut was too straight for a curvy woman.If the hips would have been a wider a-line style, I could have kept it. Also, a mid - calf or shorter length is enough in a robe - this longer length is trip-prone and thus dangerous. I don't need the fabric around the ankles when walking or climbing stairs.

Flannel is very pretty has great color and is generally made well. BUT as with everything lately from Bean the weight of the fabric is too skimpy and gaged toward having to "buy again too soon" so not as cozy as you would like... if you live up North as we do.
