I like my jammies to be loose, so that's reason for medium vs. small size. PJ is comfy, warm, I love it!

These flannel nightgowns have quickly become my favorite! They shrank a little bit in length after the first wash but it was just the right amount because now they aren't floor length. Now I need to get a few more so I can keep them in constant rotation.

Have other very similar items. Looked for another. Fits well. Is quite comfortable. Haven't washed it yet. Very happy with nightgown.

I love this so much. AND POCKETS! It's so soft and comfort and cute. I want to buy like 5 more and live in it all winter. :)

Really nice soft flannel in a gorgeous tartan.Though it fits in the shoulders, it's very wide. You might want to order a size down.

Most nightgowns fall to the calf, but this one falls all the way to the ankle which is why I bought it. I love the scotch plaid, the soft feel, and the pockets! It's a comfortable, relaxed fit, yet with some style.

I bought this to replace a very old nightgown when my elbow went through the sleeve. Had one just like this that I got for a gift and liked it enough to buy another. It fits well, longer on me than what the picture shows, but I am short - and it isn't too long. The fabric is very soft and warm and the workmanship is beautiful. Love the pockets (always carrying something around with me) and it washes and dries well.

IT IS SO VERY COMFORTABLE

This nightgown is so comfortable. The flannel is soft, warm and high quality. The fit is roomy. It launders like a dream, doesn't wrinkle or get static electricity as the cheap flannel does. It is pricey, but so worth the expense.

This is the most comfortable, softest, warmest flannel nightie ever and stayed just as soft, warm and comfortable after multiple washings. The medium fit perfectly when I got it and it still does.

I love all of my L.L. Bean flannel nightgowns which I have bought over the years. HOWEVER, I liked them better when they were designed to look a little more like a night shirt, with a collar that you see on a shirt or blouseand that's probably warmer because it would come all the way up on my neckwhich gets very coldI always wear a neck scarf in winter.

I always order my nightgowns in a larger size because LLBeans' nightgowns last forever. I have one that is over 20 years old and it is still fabulous. I loved this pattern (Buffalo Plaid) but it is called something else. The material is soft and substantial. I love the pintucking on the front and again on the back. The white buttons on the front and sleeves just pop! But, one of the best things that I have never seen on a nightgown is POCKETS! I've used them numerous times already. The gown is warm, long enough, is comfortable and I love it! I just ordered pajamas in the same pattern for my husband's birthday and I know he'll love them. He is always cold so this will definitely help! I don't know if he'll like matching nightwear but he loves this pattern and encouraged me to get the nightgown when I saw it online. He'll be very happy!

I have no complaints about this nightgown. The fit is perfect for me, the quality of the construction is wonderful, it's warm and cozy.

Soft and cozy flannel, generous fit. Shrink a bit when washed, but very little. Great weight flannel, not too heavy, not too light. Purchased several of these for girls night sleepover and everyone LOVED them!

This nightgown is everything I was hoping for! Soft; cuddly warm and beautiful. Yes, it is a bit large but it's more roomy than too big. Perfect in every way. I want more!

Have two of these gowns. First bought size large and it was enormous. So then thought for sure a medium would do. It is still extra roomy. Now I want to see how size small fits.

The nightgown is soft and comfortable. When it's laying on my bed, my dog likes to cozy up in it. I am just short of 5 ft 6 in and the gown hits at the top of my feet, at a good place. I have long arms for my body, and the gown cuffs hit about 1/3 over my hand when fully extended. When my hands are positioned upward, the cuffs fall back to my wrist, allowing me to use my hands without obstruction. The only downside with any gown like this is that when it's cold in the house, cold air enters through the bottom when my feet are elevated. Overall, I am pleased with it and hope it lasts as long as some people say.

Love this nightgown. Fits perfectly, very soft, has pockets. Cozy and perfect for a cool, but not cold, winter in CA.

I ordered this nightgown based on size chart....but it was huge.....two of me could have fit in it. And even though I ordered a petite, it was very long. I had to return it.

As with all L.L. Bean products, this nightgown is well-made, comfortable, reasonably priced. I love every item I have ever purchased from L.L Bean. Thanks for being a quality company!
