I love this! I almost sent it back when I got it because it was huge. Decided to keep it and after one wash it shrunk to the perfect size. I wear Large in everything, ordered a Large and I'm happy with the size.

I love love love LL Bean's flannel nightgowns -- this is my fourth since 1995. Immediately soft and warm, fits well and stands up to a lot of washings.

Over time keep coming back and buying another one. Nice and soft, warm, launders easily and well, lasts a long time. I think I just bought number 6 so clearly they are enjoyed and appreciated. Nice to have ankle length in winter as well as the soft flannel. Nice going, LLB!

Runs big. But so soft and comfortable. Wearing it writing this review!! Love it!! I'm 5'3" weigh 139 lbs and bought the medium petite.

The nightgown is extremely soft and cozy, although quite generous in fit. If it shrinks a bit in the wash it will be perfect, but will be comfy even if it doesn't shrink.

I bought the indigo tartan. It would be nice if they came in a shorter length like a night shirt.

The flannel is thick and soft, and the gown is nicely fabricated. I appreciate its two side pockets. I chose the red buffalo plaid and like it, but would have preferred the red be brighter.

Wonderful gowns. They do shrink but I ordered a size up.

My new flannel gown is wonderful. I finally wore out my last L.L. Bean flannel gown last year. It is pleated front and back so it is very roomy. Good quality flannel too.

This flannel nightgown is quite wonderful, as it is cozy and warm and I love the plaid. The material is better than the nightgowns I bought several years ago as it is thicker and fluffier now. Very excellent.

I bought this one and several in the red/black plaid for myself and gifts. They are lush, warm and comforting on cold nights ; pockets are a plus.

These nightgowns are the best & I can only sing praises for my new addition. I have 5 others in different prints & wouldn't have added this one if I wasn't very happy with quality, fit & warmth they provide.

Yes it's long but that is part of the charm. My ankles are covered. I own this in four colors now and literally wear them all the time. I can't wait to get home and change into my comfy warm gown. Super soft, gets better with each wash and great for hanging out in. Highly recommend

My first LL Bean flannel night gown. I appreciate the overall coverage and warmth it offers. Quite pricey but it seems like it is worth the price although I cannot comment on durability at the moment. I hope this will last a long time.

Loooooove this! It's super soft and cozy but not hot. Comfy and roomy but not overly blousy. I highly recommend this nightgown.

It's wonderfully soft and snuggly and, of course, warm.

The gown fits really well. I'm fairly tall and it is longer than any of my other gowns. It is also just a little bit warmer than my other flannel night gowns. The pockets are a nice addition which makes it a gown to lounge in as well as sleep. And that's exactly why I love it.

This is the 3rd winter gown I've gotten, and I already had 3 summer gowns, all in the same style but all different colors or patterns. They are SO comfortable and wash so well that I practically live in them.

The only complaint I have is that the pockets always remain crumpled and bulk up the silhouette of the gown.

This is going to feel so good! It has the lovely fabric and workmanship I expect from LLBean.
