It's very comfortable and very warm. It is actually too warm and I found it better to wear around the house than to sleep in. But very comfortable. It doesn't shrink and it's exactly the right size.

This is my third LL Bean flannel nightgown. I have to say the black and red Scotch Plaid is my favorite, it is so soft. I have had the other flannel gowns for over ten years and the quality of all is excellent.

Warm and comfortable, I love the plaid! I'm a little over 5ft, so I had to cut off about 4 or 5 inches and hem it.

Warm and comfortable. I wanted an ankle length flannel gown for the cold Maine winters. This one was ankle length when I tried it on, but did shrink a few inches off the length when laundered following the instructions on the label. Otherwise, it is exactly what I was hoping.

Love this nightgown. Just the ticket for those wintery cold evenings. I am 5-3 and 128 pounds. Ordered med rather then petite because I like the length.

Such a soft flannel. I have other LL Bean flannel nightgowns but this is a softer flannel.

I love putting on my cozy nightgown and reading or watching tv. I have one at our mountain house and two here at home. They feel like a warm hug!

I love the long length which invites curling up. I love the pockets for my phone or a tissue or a note to remind me of something I need to do. I love the buttons on the sleeves which make it so easy to roll up the sleeves when cooking. I love the button front which helps to keep me warm or cooled off. (I'm at that age where I'm always either chilly or two warm!) I love the minimal stand up collar and the high back which keep drafts off the back of my neck. And I love the traditional tartan plaids.

This is one gorgeous nightgown--overslept an appt with windowwashers - answered door in nightgown - lots of cool laughs, and compliments - you've got to know its perfect if you get that kind of approval, even if you're embarrassed!

The nightgown is soft, cozy, warm and well-made. Love the pockets too! It has retained its softness after several washes and has not shrunk.

Must wash before wearing. Warm, comfy and a bit longer to cover legs in warmth.

I love the soft flannel cotton, two deep pockets, comfortable neckline, and mid-calf length of this nightgown. The nightgown is warm and roomy, and the colors are vivid and pretty.

I have been buying Flannel Nightgowns from LL Bean for decades, and these latest plaid models with pockets are amazing, the best ever. I bought the Black Watch pattern two winters ago, and it is still holding up perfectly and remains so warm and smooth. This Christmas I treated myself to the Vintage Tartan pattern, and it is just as warm and even softer. Someone suggested adding a floral pattern, or something other that plaid next season, and I agree that would be a nice edition However, keep the length, sizes, warmth, pockets and softness exactly the same. I can't write enough about these nightgowns. However, they are expensive but worth it.

I have worn many flannel nightgowns over the years and these are the nicest ones I've found. The quality of the flannel is excellent, being soft, light weight, and cozy. They came out of the dryer just as soft The detailed tucks stayed in place, and I could not see much if any shrinkage. The pockets are perfectly placed, big enough for hands and deep enough that a cellphone slips in easily and stays in until you want it. The gowns are quite roomy and it's easy to change positions while sleeping. I'm delighted with both the Buffalo check and blue and red plaid fabrics.

I am in NYC enjoying my beautiful flannel night gown. It is warm, soft, drapes well and is just the right length. My only recommendation is that you eliminate the tags. They are itchy on the skin and detract from the comfort of an otherwise terrific garment. I really like the Blackwatch and the white buttons on the front. I am 5'4" 158 lbs and the Large fits perfectly.

This flannel gown is just what I wanted and expected. Super soft and very warm.

Even though it was too large because it was the wrong size, I decided to keep it. It is very cozy and warm. I'm pleased with it on the whole and am glad I didn't return it.
