Bought this along with a 1/4 quilted top (same size) at the same time for an overseas trip. The sleeves on this jacket are a good 2" smaller than the pullover top. I will have to return this because it is truly unwearable, especially with a lightweight shirt underneath. Disappointed

Unfortunately the zipper is defective making it difficult to zip up or zip down. I purchased this in navy blue. The problem with the zipper has been mentioned in other reviews. It is being returned. I like the material and already own two of these in heather gray and brown. I hope LLBean can resolve this issue.

This is a lovely warm jacket. But the zipper is quite troublesome. It gets got on an interior placket that I assume was placed there to keep drafts from coming through the zipper teeth. I've worn this 10 times and each time it was a struggle to unzip the zipper. The interior zipper placket is now chewed up by the zip. Wish you would fix this problem and I would buy me of these cozy jackets

It runs small, and needs to be longer in back. Like the quilting

The look of this sweatshirt is amazing. It looks like a high class jacket in certain colors like Navy. That being said, the material does not really keep me that warm and I need to add a vest underneath it to really make it worthwhile. My biggest complaint is that L.L. Bean used a brass zipper for this sweatshirt, meaning every time I zip it up or unzip it my fingers smell like metal. It's awful and frustrating. What is the point of using smelly brass? An unfortunate choice that tarnishes an otherwise good jacket.

I freaking loved this as an xmas gift. However, the zipper immediately catches when trying to unzip. I tried to be extra careful but it inevitably lead to snag ands holes along the zipper. I tried to mend them but it just wasn't worth it.

Love this item, but noticed a flaw in the material on the sleeve. Other than that, it fits great and is very comfortable.

I love this sweatshirt, I went to the store and tried it on but they didn't have the color I wanted. I tried a couple of different sizes to make sure it would fit right. It did in the store but not the one I got. The arms are too tight. I can't wear a shirt under it. I will be exchanging for another one because I like it so much but I am disappointed that it didn't fit the same as the one in the store.

The quilted sweatshirt is high-quality and really stylish. I love the more sophisticated and versatile look of this style. I live in an area where it's almost impossible to find XS and petite sizes, so I was excited to find it online. Unfortunately, though, even though I got the smallest possible size, XS Petite, it was still too large. Enormous, in fact. I mean, I'm petite (5' tall, under 100 lbs), but usually I have better success wearing petite styles. Maybe this sweatshirt is just cut for a different body build. I hope smaller sizes will be offered in the future.

Sweater appeared to be high quality material and design. However, it was much longer than I expected and was returned.

very expensive for a swearshirt, really can't call it a coat.

This is a beautiful sweatshirt. The deep admiral blue is beautiful. I've only owned it for 1 month. I've washed it once and it has a small hole near the zipper.

I like the color and the warmth. However, for me, the collar does not stand up well and the length is a couple of inches too long. I preferred the previous sweatshirt jackets, of which I own two. I would not buy another of this style.

A few years ago I bought an llbean cotton sweatshirt with zippered pockets that securely held my phone, keys, etc. I love it, but it's getting worn out because I use it so often. it's no longer available. I bought this one, but a cell phone would fall out of the no-zip pocket. I had to return it. Please bring back the one with zippered pockets! I think you may have a fleece jacket with zippered pockets, but it's too warm to wear inside.

Nice looking jacket, but not substantial enough for warmth outdoors Also too long so I returned.

It is a nice warm jacket, but the collar mini hood to hide the zipper pull does not feel comfortable. Also the fuzz in the sleeves spills on to the shirt I wear under it, hopefully this will stop with a couple more washes. I gave it 3 stars because although I like its look and warmth, I would not buy another one.

Love this quilted zip. It looks nice & is easy to care for. It's not as casual as a hoodie. I love it & bought one for both my daughters in law. They love it too!

I thought this was the perfect weight for the Bay Area of CA, it kept me toasty warm ,but only lasted 6 months. I wish it were 100 % cotton and were built to last longer. At this price point I wouldn't purchase it again unless the quality was significantly better.

It's hard for me to like this when I received the item and there was a price ticket on it for $10 less than the "sale" price that I paid. This was for a gift so I have no idea how the fit will be or anything. I guess the color was true to the picture. That's about all I can say about this. Really disappointed about the price thing, will think twice about ordering from here

I love the plum color, but prefer the Soft Light quilted fabric. Several of my friends own the SoftLight mockneck at my recommendation. This fabric is less comfortable and the zipper and cuffs make it feel stiff. an. Returned this and bought another color of SoftlLght!

Good neutral color, liked overall design,but the arms were very large...and not proportional to the rest of the jacket! I returned it!

The rose color looked more on the pink side on my device. It's more like a dusty rose with almost a touch of coral. I didn't even try it on. Back it went.

Disappointed with this sweatshirt. I thought it would be my new go-to light jacket. The color seemed drab and the fabric was flimsier than I expected. I've returned this.
