Beautiful sweatshirt/jacket, BUT...it is SO, SO long and just hangs, almost like a short tunic. Extremely uncomfortable and unflattering. I am short, 5'2", but even with the smallest size, it is just cut to hang. Disappointing, sent back.

comfortable for wearing around the house on chilly days, easy to launder and dry without worrying about polyester fleece shedding nano-particles. The quilting makes it almost as warm as fleece.
Only 3 stars because after one laundering, the binding trim on one pocket was already worn and shredded.

Love it but zipper caught fabric and tore it after the first use!

I have purchased this item in the past, and was very pleased with it. So, I recently ordered again in the same size, but in a different color. While the quilted fabric and features appeared to be the same quality as the prior purchase, unfortunately I had to return this item because the arms and shoulders were too tight despite ordering the same size as before. Meanwhile, upon return, I discovered that the desired color had sold out in the larger size. :(

Purchased one of these but zipper stuck and tore material. LL bean replaced it for free. Replacement was used sparingly but has two holes which need darning. The other non zipper sweatshirt is great! Don't buy this one!

I'm a pear-shaped athlete. I bought this alongside the featherweight fleece, both in size L; the fleece fits perfectly, but this one is tight around the hips. It stretches, the fabric is lovely, but I think I'd prefer a size up.

Liked the full zip option but the sleeves on this quilted jacket were too tight and too long. Please bring back the quilted vest! My mom wears her vest all the time. It's a really nice fit and length.

I ordered S petite and I wasn't impress with the quality of this quilted full zipper sweatshirt, but I wanted to keep it until I tried it on. The shoulders and length were Okay, but the bottom was to wide around my hip.
I hate to return items, but I had to do it. I am petite 124 pounds, 5.1 height.

I love the way it fits and how the fabric feels. There are 2 things that kept me from giving 5 stars. 1) The zipper keeps getting caught. 2) The zipper is sharp.

I bought a pink one and a white one both size large. The pink one is PERFECT IN ALL WAYS. The white one is about 1 1/2 inches smaller across the chest/bust. This just won't do. I will be returning it.

The sweatshirt is warm and cozy without being bulky. It washes and dries beautifully. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is because of what I perceive to be quality control issues. The first problem I encountered was a scratchy and itchy tag that was attached to the inside back neckline. Fortunately I realized the problem and removed it before I left for the airport or it would have been a very uncomfortable flight. Also this is the second top I have recently purchased from LL Bean that had a problem with the zipper. Both times I had to swap the tops with another on the floor because the original zippers did not work properly.

This is a very comfortable fabric, warm, lovely color and a nice fit with one exception. When unzipped the color doesn't stand up or lie nicely. I didn't wear it until several weeks after It arrived.so I wasn't able to return it.

Overall is a nice sweatshirt., downside is the sleeves are tight on the arms making it difficult to wear something else with it. Have noticed this with long sleeve garments from Bean.

Sweatshirt is warm and very well made, but the "in-the-package" wrinkles will not come out, even after 3 washes, and using both an iron and a clothes steamer.

Material thinner than expected, especially for the price.

The jacket is lovely. Absolutely perfect for my needs. However, the zipper is terrible. I only wore it once and have had to send it back. Please redo this sweatshirt and spend a little more money and put in a decent zipper. Then I will buy two.

I got this for work to wear over my scrubs. I do wear it everyday. I reached out to llbean about a replacement but never heard.

I have two of these quilted sweatshirt jackets and love them. Bought the first one several years ago and have worn it so often as a sweatshirt indoors and as a fall and spring jacket outdoors. Very good quality jacket and dressier than a regular sweatshirt jacket. Fit is very comfortable but more of s fitted style . If you plan to layer, you may want to go up a size. Very happy with this purchase and many colors to choose from.

Was disappointed in the quality of the zipper.I returned the first one and asked for it to be exchange with one that the zipper worked . The second one was just as bad. Difficult to insert at the bottom(it took me 6 tries) and then it caught on the back placard several times when zipping it up.I've shopped a LLBean for over 60 years and have loved the quality of the merchandise. Not so anymore,I returned the item.

I like it very much. It runs a bit large, is warmer than I anticipated. I like the fact that it is somewhat dressier than a regular sweat shirt.

Very well made, as usual with L.L.Bean. However, considering the price, I expected the quilted area to be more substantial. The fabric overall is disappointingly thin and when unzipped the jacket flops about with an unattractive drape.

This quilted front jacket is so nice and versatile in many ways. I have it in a turquoise color. However, as several people have commented, the zipper is an absolute challenge. It's hard to get started, it catches on the inner facing and it tears the fabric. Not a good thing.

Zipper catches and sticks. I remember when I bought Bean for the superior quality of its products. Feels rather cheap for the price.

Just received. Would say true to size. I am 5'5' 118 and usually wear XS in LLbean tops/jackets. Sleeves and body of jacket a little long. Sleeves can be rolled up. Lighter weight than a fleece. Collar does not lay flat if that is an issue for you.
