I have purchased several of 5hese over the last few years. Always love the fit and warmth. However, the one I bought this year is thinner material and sleeves started pilling on first wearing. Never had this happen with the others. Disappointed.

Great line of sweatshirts, comfortable and well made. Bean's does an excellent job of photographing color. However this was really off. The muted rose is a lot more like this season's adobe clay without soft pink tones I returned it..

I thought this would be warmer because it was like a sweatshirt. It is not. It is a very nice product and fits well though. Maybe I'll wear it when it's warmer out.

Quality not the Same. I have been buying these quilted quarter zips since 2019 when they first came out. They held up remarkably well. Decided to buy two new colors and the quality is not the same. These are almost all poly with very little cotton. The material is thinner and they don't have the luxurious feeling of the older versions. Very disappointed that they decided to cut corners. These new versions are not bad but they are lighter weight and not anywhere close to as good as the originals.

Odd fit and stiff material. Otherwise cute the color is good.

I have always been happy with LLBean clothing purchases and was excited for this sweatshirt. The fit and style are great but after only 1 or 2 wearings, the underarms and sleeves are terribly pilled. I had planned to order another color but, sadly, won't now.

The sleeves were too tight. I ordered a size xl but the sleeves were a size medium. For some reason, clothing manufacturers feel every woman has skinny arms. It's frustrating and difficult to find something that fits. The color, material and workmanship was excellent.

An elevated-looking sweatshirt, but on the thin side. I purchased during Christmas 2023, wore it last winter ('23-'24) and now this year I have noticed holes in each elbow. The tall size is great, actually long enough to cover my torso and reach my wrist, but overall not the "cozy" warmth one would think of with a sweatshirt. Size up to layer something underneath and wear it to a casual office.

Nice looking pullover in my favorite color (turquoise), warm and comfortable BUT after a few times wearing it around the house, holes developed on the front of the pocket in the quilted material. So now it's not something I can wear anywhere but has been relegated to "at home only". (The color is misrepresented in the photo - it really is a beautiful teal/turquoise.)

I like the look but not the collar. I also wish more tops were relaxed fit. I am thick though the middle and your lightly fitted styles usually are too fitted thought the waist. It seems like most styles are slightly fitted but I know many women who do not fit this description.

I love this quilted quarter zip. It is so warm and comfy. And the bright sapphire color really brightens my mood! Love it.

I have one in another color and ordered a second. I didn't check it out because I have one and so cut the tags, put it on and went out the door. I totally missed that it had some nickel size spot where you wouldn't want it, on the chest that appears to be an issue with the fabric dye. My attempt to wash this was unsuccessful and so I am now left w a new shirt that has a spot that makes it unwearable. Check your garment before you cut the tags.

I bought this about a month ago and loved it at first when I tried it on. Fits great and very comfortable. But the collar is a mess. All scrunched down near the zipper on both sides due to too much fabric on the inside that is twisted and askew. I guess I'll just wear it around the house. Not happy.

I love these quilted pullovers and have purchased five of them in different colors and styles over the past few years. I have noticed that the quilting starts to get tiny holes and the white stuffing starts to show through. They fit well, look good, are warm, but this could be my last one!!

I've been wanting this sweatshirt since last season and finally bought it. It's cute, but it's definitely not going to be a warm garment - the pile is much thinner than a traditional sweatshirt. Also, the lining on the central pocket is even thinner and not sweatshirt material at all. Definitely not the quality that Bean used to have - it just seems like they cut every possible corner now.

I purchased this shirt, had to wait on it because it was back ordered. I loved the color but the garment was small and felt as though it had been washed and dried. I returned it.

I have 3 of these tops in different colors and love them. The one I just ordered was not a good color for me when I got it. Not orange enough. I returned the top.

I got the classic navy (dark) color and loved it so much but the color faded so bad in the sleeves and less in the body that it was unwearable by 3 months of having it. I washed it in cold water and hung it dry! Thankful for llbeans excellent return policy. I was able to return it and get another in a lighter color. Disappointing though because I really love the dark colors.

I love this look of this quilted sweatshirt. It got it in the dusty pink color. I was a little disappointed that I noticed a tiny hole in it after the first wash. It's on the front in the chest area, so I see it every time I look down. The top layer of material seems very delicate. I love these sweatshirts because they are an elevated sweatshirt that I can bring along on a chilly night without looking overly casual, but with a little hole in the front, I'm keeping this one strictly casual and around the house. I should have returned it, but at this point I would guess that I'm outside of the return window. Anyway, it's cute, and fits well, but I can't recommend it because it didn't get through one wash before it had a hole in it.

I loved the color (sunlit coral) of this quilted sweatshirt but unfortunately it has a collar that is standup only. It doesn't lay flat which makes this seem unlike a sweatshirt and didn't work for me. The material and color were great but the style just didn't work for me.

I was looking forward to wearing this top on my trip to Wyoming in 12 days. The color is one of my favorites. I ordered an extra large hoping it would give me some room for an shirt underneath. Every part fit well, except for the wide elastic band around the bottom. It looks awful! It looks like it is completely stretched out and doesn't have any body to it. Needless to say, the zip up top I ordered that is a similar design to this one has the same problem. I am returning both garments because of this faulty section of a nice garment. This is very disappointing, especially right before my trip.

Love the body and the way it fits. However, the sleeves are long and hang down to the middle of my hand. That would be okay if the cuffs had a tighter stretch to hold the sleeves at my wrists. I washed it hoping the cuffs would tighten, but they didn't. I like the sweatshirt a lot but it's as tho the wrong sleeves got sewn onto it.

I like my purchase but am disappointed by a few things. First, the color is much different than pictured. The anorak (gray lavender) is much darker than the item depicted online. It is pictured as a very pale pastel lavender but is several shades darker and has much more gray in it. It's fine and I will keep it but it isn't what I thought I had ordered. Secondly, this item runs large. I wear a small and have ordered items for many years. It seems that the sizing may have changed. The sleeves are long; I have turned up the cuffs and the hip area falls several inches away from my body. It is quite large through the lower part of the body. Maybe I can shrink it or I'll wear a shirt beneath. If you are thin, this may be an issue for you as well. Other than that, it's well made and the fabric is high quality.
