It is now what I look forward to at the end of a long day: getting into this robe that feels like being in a cloud giving you a warm hug. It is hard to describe how soft it is and equally toasty for my low-temp house in the winter. If you keep your heat up above 70 degrees, this might be too much; but it's so wonderful feeling, I'd suggest you just turn your heat down instead! I got the silver color mainly because I was afraid other colors would show my dog's light hair. But, it doesn't seem to pick up lint or fur. I like it so much, I got my daughter the blue color for Christmas, and it's beautiful, too. Best robe ever (and I'm a robe lover)!

I honestly don't write reviews much at all. But this robe is AMAZING! The softest, coziest robe I've ever felt! I saw another review that was saying it didn't wash well, so I want to tell you I washed this before I wore it and it's still so soft and wonderful. You must read the washing instructions!! Wash in cold water and only in dryer with no heat! It's worth the extra time to dry it. I dried it for awhile in dryer with no heat then draped over a drying rack over night and the next morning it was perfect! So follow the instructions and you will be happy you did!

I keep my thermostat low (55) at night and this robe makes mid-night forays so cozy! There are times when I must get out of bed, I put on this delight and flip up the hoodie and I'm almost as toasty as if I was still in bed. It is so soft and plush, so pampering! Size is true, the Sherpa trim is more like super-plush and less like typical Sherpa fabric.
