Looked all over for a thick, plushy, sherpa, hooded, full length robe for my wife. Nothing even remotely found that checked the boxes til seeing this on LLB. Was a little shorter than I wanted in the photos but otherwise seemed perfect. It finally arrived and for the quality I was used to with LLB it was less than ideal. Much thinner than I expected compared to the pictures. The sherpa is relatively thin compared to most things labeled "sherpa." She really likes it despite the less than stellar item, so we'll keep it, but the price is far more than it should be for what you get. I expected much thicker. Especially from a Maine company. However all that said, the super plushy hooded ankle length sherpa robes of the past appear to be just that. Cause I looked far and wide, local and online.

This robe is perfect! Super soft and warm and very flattering. So cozy! I don't know why other buyers are complaining about it not being Sherpa lined in the arms, I think that would make the arms of the robe too thick, too hot and not comfortable. This robe is just perfect the way it is! Great quality LLBean!

Excellent robe. The sherpa lining is thick and very warm plus the flannel outside is beautiful. I wore this out to get the paper while it was snowing and windy! I was just as warm in it as my parka! Absolutely love it!

The sherpa-lined flannel robe is warm and cozy.I sized up because the large fit too perfect and I like a lot of room. I have a front washer and washed on delicate with air dry. LADIES I SUGGEST AIR DRY BECAUSE FLANNEL DOES SHRINK. I know because I had a flannel robe and it shrunk 3 inches in length and 2 inches in the sleeve.

I have shopped other major stores that carry similar products, and found them to less quality but still pretty. It is well worth the price. Please note, the proper term is Scott pattern not Scotch. Scotch is what a Scotsman wets his whistle with.
