This robe is basically a walking blanket - in a good way. I'm between petite and regular in many styles. Went with petite sizing because I like to cook in my robe and longer sleeves get in the way. At 5'4" the robe hits me mid-calf. Some reviewers are bothered by LLBean's choice to not line the sleeves with fleece. The robe is extremely warm without sherpa-lined sleeves (saying a lot as a person who is usually cold). Plus, I don't feel like a marshmallow like I do in other garments with lined sleeves.

Bought it for my wife for extra warmth during the cold winter months. She thought it was warm and stylish too.

I am happy with the robe. It is warm and it fits properly.

This is the perfect robe that I needed to wear as a warm cover to and from the pool. It keeps me warm over my wet bathing suit on the way to the car and the drive home. The sleves are not lined with the sherpa lining but that would probably make them too bulky to be practical. If I didn't already have a robe from LL Bean for wear around the house I would order a second one for daily use.

Fit is great and really appreciate the hood when I have to take the dog outside in the middle of the night!

We live in the north and it gets soooo cold in the morning at 5am. Brrrrrrrrr. My wife and I bought each other one for our birthdays (3 days apart) and we are so so so happy with our hooded robes. I travel a lot and this is coming on the plane that's right, you needs a blanket when you can wrap yourself up and hide your head in the hood.

We ordered a beautiful robe that ended up having a flaw. We contacted customer service and quickly received a refund which we used to buy another beautiful robe that was perfect.

I bought this for my 90 pound wife. She loves it, says it's very warm. It's well made like you would expect, but my first impression was it was too light weight. Not so says my wife. Comfort and warmth.

Love this. So warm and cozy. I rarely take it off when I'm in the house. When I go to sleep at night I lay it on the bed over my blankets as an extra layer and it works great for that too and then it is already warm when I get into it in the morning.

This is by far the coziest & warmest robe I have ever had. The unusual plaid colors caught my attention immediately at the LL Bean store. The hood is perfect when I take my dog out in the cold early morning weather. The sleeves roll down so they are long enough for my long arms.

So cozy, you will not be able to get up and be an effective human
