I love these pajamas. They're very soft and well made. The little details like gathering around the cuffs and the way the collar area lays flat really take LL Bean pajamas up a notch above other flannel pajama sets I've had. The flannel is a nice weight too--not too heavy and not too thin--for keeping warm but not too hot in Minnesota. I'm 5'4" 145 pounds and the size medium fits me perfectly.

I ordered these pjs and was pleased to see they had matched the plaid wherever they could! As a seamstress, matching plaids is of high importance to me--I don't want to wear something that's not made properly! I routinely wash most garments before I wear them--in case of shrinkage, in case of dye running, and also to get rid of any sizings and chemicals that come in the fabric from the factory. WARNING: The first time you wash these, wash them separately! You will get a LOT of fluff!! (This is normal for some flannel.) Some of it may stick to your clothes!! I know this from experience!! Otherwise, it is lovely, soft flannel. I still need to shorten sleeves and pant legs further (I'm shorter than most petites), so I haven't worn them yet, but I will soon! They are so lusciously soft!!

I love these pajamas! I had no idea they made my favorite flannel shirt in PJs! I am a size 6 and ordered a M. I probably could have sized down to the small, as the pants are a little large. They have a drawstring waist, so it's no problem. They top fits great, but is maybe a tiny bit narrow through the bust/shoulder area. These are warm and comfy to lounge around in. They are definitely great for winter weekends, I highly recommend them!

These PJ's are pure purrrrfection. They're not too thick or thin, I'd classify them as a medium weighted flannel. They're super soft. I ordered them in a size 1X. I have a hard time ordering a "set" of PJ's because on the top I'm a size 1X and on bottom an XL, but I was pleasantly surprised that they fit wonderfully all over. This is also the 1st set I've not had to hem the legs in. They're just an absolute dream and the quality is such that I know I'll be enjoying them for many months, if not years, to come. Let me get going, I got these in "RED" so I can play Santa in them Christmas morning, now I must order some more in different colors. ;-) Thanks L.L. Bean

This is the second pair of pajamas that I've purchased. Got the blackwatch (dark) and then purchased the Victoria (light) as a backup when the other pair is in the wash. I can't say enough good things about these pajamas--including could wear the bottoms with different tee tops to change the look. The fit and sizing is consistent on both pairs (Size S, 5'2" 120 slim build) and I've washed them and have not had any problems with excess fuzz or excessive shrinking. To be on the safe side, I washed them in cold water and put them in the dryer on the permanent press setting for only like twenty minutes. Then, I take them out of the dryer while still a little damp and let them air dry. Voila!

I loved this pair so much that I immediately ordered a second one. As someone who is almost always cold, I can say that these pajamas have made me a happy camper. The fit true to size, haven't shrunk in the wash, and the colors haven't bled.

I love these flannel pjs! They are so very comfy and warm. We live in a lil log cabin and use the fireplace for heat. They keep me so warm. Washed and dried perfectly with no shrinkage. I read the reviews about lint in the dryer, I had none. I am 5'4" and weigh 140lbs, I bought the small. I bought two pairs for me, one pair for my sister and another for one of my daughters for Christmas. I hope they love them as much as I do!

These flannel pajamas are so comfortable - soft and warm and snuggly - and attractive, that I hate to get dressed in the morning. AND the length of the legs is long enough! I am 5'7" and this never happens. LOVE these pajamas!

The quality of these is amazing. Best I've ever seen. Nice thick flannel, colors vibrant, plaid is beautiful. Waistband is great, wide and well constructed. Length of top is perfect, size is perfect. These are so much nicer than flannel pjs I've had from other sources. Love them

BLUF: these run on the larger size, so recommend sizing down. I originally ordered a M, as I'm an 8 in bottoms and a S in tops, but they were way too big. I exchanged them for a S, which fit perfectly. They are soft and supple, the perfect pjs for cold nights and mornings! I'll be back for more!

Love these pjs! Pros: They're lightweight, yet very warm and insulating. I can go outside on a windy 40 degree morning and not feel the wind through them! I like the blouse cut of the top, not baggy but still roomy. I ordered the medium regular set. Cons: They do require at least 2 washes for the lint. The bottoms are a bit too baggyI normally wear a medium in LL Bean shirts and small in pants. Too bad they're not sold as separates.

These PJs are awesome! When they arrived I noticed they were really thick and warm--I worried I would be too hot at night, but they seem to breathe really well. No night-sweats here!

Wearing these PJs is like getting a big warm hug. Bought the black watch and love the color. I'm 5'3 120 lbs. athletic build and bought a S. The flannel is soft, warm, and substantial. The bottoms fit great with a little room. They are a tad long before washing so I just roll the waistband once and it's fine. The top seems fitted and very femininewhich I love. This is the opposite of the description but I like how both pieces fit regardless. Little details like pants pockets, and a drawstring waist, and a chest pocket are nice touches. Plus, the embroidery is fab:)

I'd worn a different brand of flannel pajamas to pieces and was looking for a replacement pair. These met and exceeded my expectations. They are so soft and snuggly! I am 5'3", 135lbs, 34D, and I'm a size 6 in most brands. I ordered a small, my normal size with Bean, and it has a roomy fit. The pockets are a good size, and I found the top to be surprisingly flattering despite its generous fit. I ordered a pair for my husband and he loves his as well. The only difference we could find between the misses and the men's is that the misses' pajamas button at the at the wrists while the mens' do not. I would happily repurchase, and I have bought another pair to gift to my sister. I really look forward to putting them on at the end of a chilly day!

First pair of pajamas that aren't too short in the leg length. Agree with others, runs big, the XS fits more like a small, but the length is great for my 5'6" 120 pound frame. So cute!

Oh my word I love these! Flannel, much like leather, can have very different grades and qualities. These are A+. They are so remarkably soft, and the fit is generous enough be super comfortable. I can't wait until a snow day, I'll wear these all day long.

I'm a jammie lover and I am super picky about flannel. These are keepers! Not only are they noticeably softer than other jams, but they also wash well. No pilling. I bought Royal Stewart. The red is rich and dark--not at all tomato colored. As one reviewer noted, the fit on the top is somewhat like a button down shirt. Which I like. Instead of the usual loose sleeve, these have a buttoned sleeve which means you can roll them up when washing breakfast dishes (or whatever it is you do in your pajamas. LOL) I plan on ordering another pair. Well done, Bean!

These pajamas are very comfortable and feel quite substantial compared to other sets I've purchased elsewhere. They're warm, but can be worn on milder evenings too. I think these will last and look good for years to come. If you like slightly over-sized PJs then I would size up. I'm an 8 on the top and bottom, with a DDD chest. Normally I wear a medium, but I ordered a large and it's perfect on top and I can tie the bottoms tighter. Highly recommend!
