Very short. Didn't fit correct. Waiting over a month for the refund.

Paper thin flannel. Not warm when worn. The top is tight on the arms.

First try it felt comfortable. Washed it once then wore it - shrunk and very uncomfortable trying to sleep. Material on thin side.

Quality has declined. My red pair pills while the others which I wore for several years did not. I have a set in a different color in a package that I have not worn. I will return them.

I bought 2 pairs of the scotch plaid flannel pjs, as I loved my old Bean flannel pjs. I tried the black watch plaid first, and could live with the shedding of lint and strange sizing, but they were so scratchy I couldn't sleep in them. One reviewer said her other set was better, so I'll give the red and black a try, but I can't even donate the black watch pair as no one deserves such uncomfortable pjs.

I purchased these pajamas in October of 2021 and yesterday the back of the sleeve tore open as I was putting the top on. I wash in cold water and don't dry on high. The fabric is soft, but no longer has that thick, luxurious feel. It's sad that these pajamas did not make it into their second winter of wear!

The buttons were small and the button holes were not large enough for the buttons to go through. When I washed the pajamas before wearing, there was lint all over the rest of the clothes in the washer and the dryer lint catcher was full of lint after drying. Bits of dark lint were throughout the house after removing the items from the dryer even after shaking them. Have had another brand of Portuguese flannel pajamas and never encountered these problems.

The Indigo Tartan fabric seemed really nice and soft before washing, but after washing it was so scratchy, I only lasted about 5 minutes in the pj's before realizing I was never going to be able to wear them. They did not pill, but did shrink in the wash.

The elastic waistband rotted out Can no longer wear them I wash on cold - cold cycle and never use dryer. Older versions had drawstring waist which was better

I already own some flannel pieces from LLBean and I recently bought these pajamas but I noticed right away that the quality has gone down significantly while the price still remains the same. The flannels I own are heavy thick sturdy high-quality fabric but these pajamas are paper thin and pilling and the seams are already coming undone and I haven't even had them for a month.

Shocking decline in quality in a product I have purchased many times before for the entire family.

Between my wife, my kids, and me we own at least 5 pairs of bean pjs, 10 washed canvas shirts, multiple canvas bags, two winter coats, boots and slippers. The latest purchase marked a shocking decline in quality: cheap fabric that pilled after one wash and unprofessional construction without sizing material so that pjs do not hold shape. So disappointing. Time to look elsewhere for sure quality?

My husband bought these for me several months ago and the pants have already ripped. For the price, I really thought they would last! I'm pretty unhappy with these and don't recommend.

VERY boxy and unflattering fit. The pajama set itself also sheds little fibers on my skin, every morning when I use a cotton pad and toner the blue/purple fibers show up on the cotton ball. Definitely would not purchase again

I got a total of seven months wear across two winters before the drawstring literally fell apart, it pilled well before that. So disappointing particularly since llbean shortened their warranty.

bought the large size because I wanted the roominess. Pants are too short in the crotch area. I am a short-waisted petite person, so the large pants should definitely have been roomy, but are definitely not. Price was too high, especially for a clearance item.

In all honesty, I usually wear a nightgown; but I was told I needed to wear PJs for a sleep study! Been wearing these cozy PJs since! I live in Wisconsin and for some reason the weather here hasn't heard it is spring, so I continue to be very happy I made the purchase. I don't think I will find them too warm into spring either!

Ripped the first time I put on! Material incredibly thin. So disappointing! Now that LL "makes" their good's overseas, the quality has drastically declined. If this was the first experience I had with ripping material, shoddy craftsmanship etc, I'd be willing to accept it as an anomaly, but after multiple times of this sort issue, it is time LL Bean & I parted ways. You can do better!

Horrible! I'm shocked! L.L Bean used to be such good quality. I bought these for my grandmother and it's leaving green pills all over her bed, even after the dry cleaners it's STILL leaving pills stuck to her sheets. What a shame for the price paid!

These were a Christmas gift for my Mom. She never wore them and now I know why. Horrible fabric, like it came from a discount store. No body, no drape, no facing in plackets, and pills like crazy. I bought many sets of Bean flannel PJ's in the '80s and '90s for myself and as gifts. They were high quality - such a shame it's come to this.

The lint coming off this product was incredible! Washing machine completely covered when product first washed-luckily alone. Huge amount in dryer filter. Pajamas looked completely pilled after washing. Not Bean quality!

I am disappointed. It is pilling and the flannel has a hard texture despite several washings. Prevois pjs from LLBean were softer and never pilled.
