I bought flannel pajamas in size small petite. They were incredibly large. Further, they were not at all warm. I won't shop clothing here again.

What should be the right size was instead voluminous. Way too large. Have sizes changed to satisfy obese people?

Very full cut. Looks ridiculous on a thin frame. Pockets huge- what does one put in their pockets before bed?

The fabric is thinner than my 2006 PJs and 2015 Flannel Shirt. I returned them without fully unpacking them. I live in Atlanta, so I am not looking for very thick flannel, but this is too thin. I will take very special care of the PJs I still have.

I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I was in this Scotch Plain Flannel Nightgown. I bought one of these nightgowns about 6 years ago. I loved the look and the fit, BUT, the buttons at the neck opening didn't leave enough room to get it on or off over your head without messing your hair and make-up. Because I want a nightgown I can either step into or get on and off over my head without getting rumpled, I never bought another. Then recently, in an online LLBEAN ad, it said this nightgown was easy on, so I ordered one. Forget it, it's exactly the same nightgown I bought years ago and is NOT easy on! How cheap can this company be. All it would take is one more button which would open the neck enough to allow it to be put on or taken off without the hassle. What a disappointment! Back it went. I hated to have to take it back, the material is nice and the length was great. Just seems cheap to me.

I ordered this in Nov. received someone else's order today. Then received a text stating my order had arrived which after talking to a rep from LLBean was told my order was out of stock. So I'm assuming I received someone's sheets from DC and someone received my PJs where ever they were delivered is a mystery. Not happy! Then I was told to go stand in line at UPS and send it back at x-mas lines and all. Really not happy. Sorry person in DC who won't receive her sheets for the holiday. So disappointed!!!

Fit after washing didn't work for me, and the pilling. I loved the feel, but the pants were HUGE, the top too small. Based on the measurements a small should have worked but you could have fit two of me into the bottoms. After washing on cold, the top pulled at my breasts (look I'm 5'7" and 130 lbs, not exactly massive here) and I noticed the material already beginning to pill. Not the quality I have come to expect from LL Bean. I bought these based on very favorable reviews. Sadly, they went back and I am still searching for the perfect PJs.

I loved these in the store. The fit was perfect. Then I washed them (on cold and low) and the sleeves and pant legs all shrunk up. I was disappointed but they're so warm and so cozy that I decided to keep them and just look silly. The next wash, they shrank even more. Now they are unwearable. What the heck, LLBean? The same thing happened with your turtleneck...sleeves shrink terribly. This is clearly a significant problem...when I was at the store returning, I ran into a friend who was there returning things that had shrunk on her.

These pajamas fit when I tried them before washing. They shrank the first wash. I followed all the directions - cold water, low dry. Flimsy material. Facing was not tacked down.

I'm sorry to say I was disappointed in the flannel material used for these pajamas. It's very thin. I was hoping for warm and cozy. I've shopped ll bean for decades and notice the quality diminish through the years..very sad.

I've had a pair of these pjs for several years and they are great. I bought a new pair same size and disappointed. The flannel is much thinner and they shrank so much when laundered that the top is too small. Additionally, the left shoulder feels like it's sewn on off or something because it binds. Some quality control issues for sure. Wish I could return but already washed and wore once as they are so expensive.

I bought about 6 sets of pajamas this past winter. The green plaid developed multiple holes. I delicately washed them dried on low. When I brought to the store in Manchester CT they refused to replace them and implied that I made the holes on purpose. They doesn't make sense. Why would I do that? LL Bean doesn't stand behind their products anymore.

I was so disappointed in these. The fabric wss not what I expected from LL Bean. It was sloppy and looks worn out. I will get a few wears out of them and and that's it.

I have a nice hour glass figure with nearly perfect measurements. I am 5'6" 124 lbs. I ordered large tall. The top hits at my shoulders and is loose and long which I like. The pants are for an obese person. They are enormous and designed poorly. What a shame. Their design and sizing is WAY off. I used to make my own clothes growing up, so I should know. Unfortunately I cannot exchange for medium because the top would not be loose as I wanted. The quality of the fabric is okay.

The material quality is excellent but the styling is atrocious. Even after a wash, the fit was swimming and I am not on the petite side of medium... and beyond the largeness is the shapelessness in general. I told my colleagues that if we all wore these pajamas, there would not be an overpopulation problem in the world! They don't have to be sexy but a little attention to shaping would be a lot more flattering.

The material was very stiff and scratchy. I washed several times and there was no improvement. I called LLBean customer service and they said to return for a full refund. Great customer service.

I bought these at the outlet store. I loved these pjs new--so soft and cozy--a bit oversized like I prefer. And then they were washed. Washing instructions say "dry on low" when in reality they should say "HANG TO DRY." As you can see from the pictures, the difference between the washed pjs and the ones that haven't yet been washed is about 2" in length. They now barely scuff the floor, and the sleeves are uncomfortably short. I will not dry the second pair, but how inconvenient is that?

I was very disappointed with the size of these pajamas. I currently own LL Bean flannel pajamas sized Petite Small that I bought years ago. I ordered the same size this time. The pajamas dragged on the floor and the length of the arms were much too long. I returned both the two new pairs I purchased. I was very disappointed with the incorrect sizing.

My friend purchased a pair of green and black plaid's Pjs. The Pjs online show one pattern for the front of the Pjs. However when you get the Pjs, there are two different patterns. One leg of the Pjs is a large plaid, the other leg is a smaller plaid. The shirt has two different patterns for the arms. My friend paid $75 for these Pjs. We are so disappointed. #010340366838

Was so excited L.L. Bean began carrying petite sizes, and was looking forward to these pajamas for a cold December... and they were laughably too large. Absolutely swimming in them. Hope that they can figure out the sizing better soon as it is impossible to find petite length flannel pajamas.

Pretty set for a one-time picture but impractical for sleeping and wearing at home. All the surfaces (even those PJs didn't touch) were covered in red and black fuzz. And it's after a single wear. I agree that they are soft and comfortable but desperately lacking in quality. The material could be thicker too. After using a lint roller for 5 minutes, I am left with a handful of fluff, and the item still looks horrible. Also, I'm worried there won't be any pajamas left if I use pill remover on them one more time.

I ordered a large tall and the sizing was way off. The pants for 6 to 8 inches too long. When I went to the sizing chart and L.L. Bean, it said that I was a size petite. I am 5'9"" weigh about 150
