Love this sweater zip jacket - great fit. Order your normal size - fit is not too big, not too small, but just right. Comfortable and soft and looks great. Oh, and did I mention, I LOVE the logo - it just adds such a nice touch.

Like all LL Bean which I have purchased over the years this sweater jacket is well constructed and well designed. The high collar keeps wind off the neck. The actual fabric holds in a person's own body heat in a comfortable way, being warm and not to hot. I teach art at a public school here in western NM. Our mornings are chilly... 49 degrees today and this jacket over a long sleeve polo shirt was Good! Since I am in a portable classroom the temperature varies during the day and my new jacket was perfect for slipping on and off. I had been concerned that the cuff, the sleeve opening would not stretch, but it does and just enough to be comfortable. I love the color... sienna clay. Being that I am just over five ft. three, I got the petite medium and it fits great. Bulky sleeves on the shirt you are wearing underneath can be a problem... the sleeves are not tight, but trim and a bulky shirt or sweater will not feel comfy. I am looking forward to wearing this often.

This fleece is very warm and extremely comfortable. I am 5'4" and 170 lbs and bought petite xl. Fit is perfect. I have not tried layering as it is already so warm. I get compliments all the time. The sailcloth color goes well with everything. L L Bean -- please make the petite in all the colors. Us shorties already feel put upon with clothes for taller people where the waist hits us at the hips.

I love this jacket and own 3 of them. It is well fitting and true to size. Super warm for whatever climate. I was looking to order another one this year but wanted it in BLACK and they no longer carry black. Shoiuld have purchased it last year. Great Jacket! PLEASE bring back the color black.

I have a few sweater fleece jackets, and I love them!! However, this new batch of jackets has the LLBean logo on them! None of my other jackets has the logo. I prefer no logos -- they seem to be on everything now!

I love this sweater jacket! The sizing is not typical of llbean, which is great. I normally find that I have to order an XS as llbean items are cut larger and boxier. This fits slim but truly does run TTS. It shrunk ever so slightly after a wash and dry. I ordered a small, which is my usual size in other brands. For reference, I am 5 7' and 135lb. Please make this in a navy! This is warm and great fitting jacket!

I haven't worn this out yet (still 90 degrees in my area :) ), but it is so soft and very comfortable. I bought a size medium so I could layer (my arms are also a tad longer than most, and I wanted to make sure the sleeve length fit), and it fits great without being too bulky. For reference, I'm 140 lbs. I'm very impressed with the quality and overall feel, and can't wait for fall and winter!

The fit runs a little large, but I like that. The material otherwise is soft and warm. It wears nicely. It is not good at wind blocking, but works as an under layer. I would definitely recommend. It gets a 4-star because of the interior of the sleeves. They are not lined and it makes getting it on over a long sleeve shirt difficult. Not a deal breaker, but annoying.

This jacket is beautifully made. I especially like the fact that it's a little longer in the back for when you sit down! I love it, but I couldn't give it all five stars because the inside is rather a dense somewhat fuzzy fleece and makes it difficult to put the jacket on and off if you are wearing a sweater or anything other than a very smooth garment. I'm hoping that once it is washed, it will settle down a bit inside.

Petite XS fits well, but the collar is stiff on one side where zipper ends and doesn't lay flat when not zipped all the way up.

Overall this is a very nice sweater jacket. My only problem is the collar is too stiff and difficult to lay flat. Hopefully it will soften over time.

Unfortunately, my skin tone didn't work with any color except Pewter. I was hoping to find a toasted almond, or something more classic. I dislike pastels, too everywhere.

I thought that the sweater was just as described in the webpage, and confirmed with the person that helped me over the phone. The color was very close to the picture.

I do love the fleece jacket. Just right warm factor. Can see it lasting me a very long time.

Beautiful color and exceptional warmth. I just wish it had a straighter cut to allow for greater ease of movement when fully zipped up.

Good fleece jacket for women, the purple color wasn't as strong as I'd hoped. It looks more like a grey jacket with a slight purple tint, and light purple piping.

Nice quality, and arrived on time----unfortunately my Spouse hated it because was not long enough to cover her rear. She will pick something else with the merchandise credit, although she has said, "after 45 years you should know what I like......"

Nice warm sweater fleece. Runs a little large; I exchanged a med size for sm and it was still too large.

I ordered this jacket in Regular Medium. It was well made and overall fit was good with the exception of sleeves being too short. I returned it.

This is my second L.L. Bean Sweater Fleece - thick and cozy and respectable enough for going out and about town.

I like the soft fabric and the warmth. I did not keep the sweater because it was just too snug. I would have liked a little bit looser fit--not baggy, just not so snug.

It's warmer than mountainside (which is not as warm as mountain classic, in my opinion!). I love the slightly roomier cut at the belly section than a brand that's known better in my area. Nice color too. However, the threads are shown to be loose. This is only day 4 of my wearing. I believe I received the USED piece. The tag was nowhere. The curf liners and under-arm area have shown pills. Minor but definitely not a new look.

I bought one of these jackets a few years ago. I decided I wanted one in a different color. Same quality and fit like the previous jacket. I have been very disappoint with LL Bean products lately, but this jacket works for me. Glad to know some of their products are still good quality. It is very hard to find petite sizes so I am happy with my purchase.

The sweater is well made and has 3 zippered pockets. Unfortunately for me, too tight through my broad shoulders. Regardless, I would recommend this sweater.

It is warm and good looking, you can wear it casually or even for a formal meeting.
