I'm disappointed that this is not as warm as one I bought previously. And the pocket liner is very light gray, which means that it shows when the jacket, or pockets, are unzipped. That detracts from the look of the blue jacket. I won't buy one again.

I liked this sweater/fleece but the first time I wore it and unzipped the pocket, the zipper broke.

I am so sad rating this fleece jacket so low that I love, aside from the broken pocket zippers. I now see several other reviews of this same issue and wonder why LL Bean has not fixed this issue that would be very easy to fix. Over a quarter of my wardrobe is from LL Bean. Many items are decades old going back to the 1980s and are so loved. I ordered this navy fleece jacket after eyeing it for a while. First cold day yesterday so I wore it, loved it, and knew it would become another loved LL Bean garment. Not so, I will be returning it and do not want a replacement. Reading these reviews people have reported the same issue has happened with replacements. So what's the problem you ask? The pocketzippers do not have a bottom 'zipper stop' on them. Once you unzip, and put your hands in the pockets, the zipper comes off the zipper end and you can no longer zip it back up. Please LL Bean, look into this and fix it so others do not run into it.

The first time I bought this jacket, I really loved it. However, early on the zipper on one of the pockets broke. Thinking it was a fluke, I bought a second jacket two weeks ago before a hiking trip. Third time I wore it, the zipper on one of the pockets broke again. Disappointed in LL Bean quality, that I normally trust.

I will return this sweater ASAP. I like the color and the style. But I do not like the fabric. It is not soft enough.

I loved this fleece and was so happy to receive it for Christmas. Unfortunately the left pocket zipper broke within a month of light wearing. I exchanged it for another and now the left pocket zipper broke again barely 2 months later. I've barely worn this one so I am very disappointed to have this happen again. I usually love LLBean quality but this is sub par. It's a shame because it's an otherwise nice jacket.

I bought one when they first came out and it started pilling badly right away. Now it is so full of little nubbles that I don't like wearing it.

I purchased this jacket in January of 2022, went to put it on a week ago and the pocket zipper broke!! LL Bean has new return / replacement policy of 1 year, of course it broke just after that expiration date! The fabric of this jacket is pilling beyond belief!! For what I paid for this jacket I expected to have it for a very long time, not a year! I wouldn't recommend it for purchase, an expensive piece poor quality.

I bought this in April 2022, and it's now February 2023, and the jacket is full of cloth balls. As if I had worn it every day. Of course I haven't. But I am disappointed on the quality. I did like the color and all ese on the jacket. Too bad it looks worn out and old within months.

I loved this jacket which I received in 12/2022 but the zipper is broken already on the pockets. I would love to order another as liked overall fit and appearance but fear will have zipper problems on new one, as I have noted multiple complaints from customers about zipper. I am returning.

I really liked this jacket. Then one day zipper broke it is with one year of purchase. I called customer service to see if I could exchange it. Marie made it sound as though someone would have to make a decision if it truly was defective. I asked if they wouldn't exchange it would I at least get my jacket back. She said to make sure and give them a good phone number and someone would call me in regards to that. I decided to not return the jacket I am in tears I probably will spend my bean bucks and say good bye to one of my favorite stores.

Very disappointing. This is listed as a jacket. It is more like a cheap fleece like sweater. I gave it one star because the color is beautiful. Other than that the quality is a disappointment for $99.00 it is not worth half that. The inside looks unfinished. There are 2 large side pockets that have some cheap bright white fabric sewn in to make them. Looks like someone cut up an old white sheet to make the pockets. So if the front of jacket is left open it flops back and looks as if a child attempted to make the side pockets with scrap sheet fabric in the house. Why didn't they use the same fabric to make the inside of the pockets? This"jacket" is not worth the price.It is also cut small. I always take a medium in LLBean coats. This is too tight in size medium.

I purchased this jacket for indoor use, it is too heavy for me so I returned it 2 weeks ago waiting for a credit to my credit card.

The arctic blue color is beautiful! The interior pockets are made with white lining, so if the pockets are unzipped or the jacket is not zipped up, the white color spoils the look of the whole outfit. My other jackets in the same style have black liners, and doesn't interfere with the overall look.

I bought this jacket and initially loved it. But then after about two months the zipper on the pocket broke. I figured it was just a freak thing. I called LL Bean and they quickly sent me a replacement and a label to return my defective jacket. I have the new jacket for only about two weeks when the zipper on the new jacket breaks. While LL Bean will hopefully send me another one, I am becoming very frustrated. A big reason I bought this one over cheaper options was because of the zipper pockets.

We love LL Bean products in general, but this was disappointing. The zipper top pulled off (and can't just be reinserted) after 3 wearings.

Not figure flattering and makes stomach stick out so I am returning it

I brought this sweater because I mainly work outdoors (even in the winter) and thought this item would be an additional layer of warmth. However, on the every first day I worn it. The side zipper broke. Ended up returning due to damage.

It makes you look boxed, thus wasn't designed well for women's bodies. It should fit more snugly around the hips and flatter the figure more. Instead it makes you look heavier and kind of boxy shaped.... Will return this.. Im also not happy that you have to pay shipping for returns.

I am so upset. I loved this jacket but after only a few months the sipper on the pocket broke. It was impossible to reattach. I expect such high quality from LL Bean. this is not up to standards. To make the matter worse, if I do an exchange I will be charged 6.50 to ship it back and I will lose out on the sale price to get another one. I will no longer be shopping at LL Bean. I am so disappointed with the quality.

I was so excited to get this jacket. I was going to get a similar jacket from another company but I prefer supporting LL BEAN so I bought this one instead. My first impression was that it was flimsy and not the quality of any of my other LL Bean fleeces and jackets. The pockets are exposed on the inside and look cheap. In addition the sleeves were very long for a petite jacket. The neck was awkward and the sleeves ran tight. Real women have real arms! Plus I move in my fleece which is hard to do 8n this one. I think I will return it and stick with the mountain fleece style. That one is comfortable and warm.

I'm very happy with this fleece jacket! I ordered the PMedium and it fits perfectly. I decided to buy it from LLBean instead of another pricier company because they offered Petite Sizing. I'm able to layer under it and still zip it up without feeling squished on the bottom. I have a more rectangular build so it fits better than other brands that are tighter on the bottom. I love the color-salmon specked color with light salmon trim. It's very warm and I love wearing it. It has replaced a lot of other sweaters/jackets because I it checks all the boxes for me: looks put together and fits, super comfy, has pockets!, and keeps me warm(I'm usually cold).

I have only worn this jacket for 2 weeks and the zipper on the pocket doesn't work. It's not connected. I did nothing wrong. I wear it at the hospital I work at and it literally just stopped working.

Are used to love the fabric and fit of all L.L. Bean fleece jackets. I've owned several in the past, until they changed the design and decided to make them smaller, tighter, and much more uncomfortable. Such a shame that the size I bought from them a few years ago jackets that still fit me perfectly no longer fit me when I buy them new. Why? Why change a perfectly good product into something unusable from now on? I'll be tossing out my L.L. Bean catalogs.
