They are not as soft as I would like but I'm hopeful after a couple of washes they will be.

These flannel pants are not the same as the womens flannel pajama bottoms, unfortunately. The legs are very wide and long and the pockets are not on a slant. It's hard to get your hand into the pockets because they are inline with the side seam. It's just not a natural fit. I have no doubt that they will last a long time though, because the fabric is nice and thick.

The reasons I like these pants are: 1) the flannel fabric is a heavy-weight fabric unlike what I can find in any retail store in my area -- soft, warm, and comfortable; 2) the construction is quality; and 3) my big love about these is that they, unlike most other manufactured flannel sleep pants, have pockets!! I need pockets in every pant (sleep or not) that I own. In 2018 I looked and looked and finally found them at LL Bean. I have three other pair that I ordered last year that are beginning to show wear because I wear them so much. The downside of these pants is twofold: 1) the construction of the pant is off, meaning the pattern isn't matched front to back; and 2) the legs are humongous!! I've not decided yet whether I will keep them. (I haven't worn them.)

The style was lovely but the flannel stiff. I washed it to see if it would soften but it did not. They were also slightly short in length.
The positive was they were cute and I love pockets. I kept them because I wanted PJS with pockets.

Otherwise you will have hair-coated flannel pants. I have purchased LL Bean flannel pajamas before & I have both a cat and a dog. Never saw anything like this! They are like pet-hair magnets that won't give up. Otherwise they are true to size, comfortable, and well made, as expected from LL Bean. But if you have pets, do NOT BUY these.

These sleep pants were not what I'd expected. I thought for approximately $44 these would have been super comfortable and my nightly go to. But, they are HUGE even after throwing them in the washer and dryer, and still a little starchy. The design is super cute, but they are very unflattering to wear. Maybe after a few more washes...

I was excited to see flannel pajama pants offered in a print fabric, as I have several pairs of LL Bean's plaid ones and I wanted some variety. I ordered all three designs, but I'm disappointed in the quality of the fabrics. The cream landscape and white birdseye patterns are both much stiffer than the plaid fabrics, even after several washings. They aren't as soft or comfy, and when I put them in the dryer, the fabric sticks to itself inside the pants, so the legs come out twisted and wrinkled. The plaid dog design is somewhat softer, but still not up to the usual standard. They're cute, and I'm wearing them, but I would not order more.

I love that they have pockets, but the waistband is a little small.

I really like them, very warm, but even after 3 washes they are still stiff, hoping they will be comfy soft sooner or later.

I can wear these, but probably not sleep in them. I ordered size Medium, but these fit smaller and aren't as comfortable as the 4 other LL Bean flannel pants(sized Medium) I frequently wear.

I bought these pants for my wife as a holiday gift, and I got a flannel shirt (also from Bean). The contrast in fabric was striking--my shirt was immediately soft and cozy, where these pants are a bit rough and flimsy. They are getting a bit better in the wash, and are still fine enough, but not the quality of flannel I'd expect from Bean.

I have always been more than satisfied with quality of clothes at LLBean. However, I do not like to wear brand logos openly on my clothing and these have the logo all over them. I hope for the day when logos are no longer visible - I don't think we need this kind of status signs.

I was expecting a thicker/higher-quality fabric that's warmer. Love the pattern, and they're fine for fall and spring, but for a cold New-England day, they don't provide enough warmth. Also, I ordered a petite-medium, based on the sizing chart provided. I'd say either the measurements are off on the chart, or on the garment itself - I'm sure a petite-small would have fit much better.

Have bought from you over the years, but was disappointed that the printed flannels had L L Bean printed on the fabric!!! It was not noticeable in the picture. I really don't want to advertise the company without agreeing to it before hand
Will keep them, but suggest you tell people that they are advertising the company in the future.

The jammie pants are great -- heavy flannel, nice look -- but *wow* they run big. My 5'2" 102 lb. daughter was swimming in the XS. They almost fit me at 5'6" 135 lbs.

So disappointed. Put these on my Christmas list as I love my LL Bean flannels. I washed and put on this new pair and it feels like there are plastic pieces in the flannel. Not soft and comfy at all. : (

Nice PJ pants but are now light weight. I have bought LL Bean flannel pants for year, but they are no longer as heavy or warm as before. Please bring back the WARM ones.

These were bulky and heavy for me. Immediately put in Goodwill pile. Just not for me.

I bought Birds Eye check in size small. They are huge. I tried shrinking them but it didn't work and I was just swimming in them. We nicknamed them my "clown pants." I ended up giving them to my husband and they fit him great. Really nice flannel and well made, but sizing is awful.

Attractive print. The material is very stiff and uncomfortable. I returned them
I purchased a medium petite. The length was fine. I am 5'1" and weigh about 140.

I bought these in small petite. They are huge and too long. Bought the sweats in the same size and they were perfect.
