Love these shoes and LOVE Zappos Service. I was on the road traveling to a remote weekend get away when I remembered that I forgot to pack a pair of heels for the Saturday evening dinner. I had my husband pull over and I ordered three pair from Zappos right there. They were delivered the next day at our remote location against all my expectations. This pair felt and fit the best. Thank you for making my weekend successful!!!

Love these shoes! Beautiful and great quality. Comfortable and stable non-slip sole. I had a hard time returning these, but the glitter did not work as well with my mother of the groom dress as a pair with rhinestones which I kept. Could not afford two pairs of fancy silver shoes, unfortunately, so these had to go back.

Beautiful looking shoe, but the wide width is for the sole and not the upper. I have a wide foot but also a very high arch and there was not enough give in the upper. These are, sadly, going back.

Nice dress shoe .. classy, I like the heel height, like the fit.. Shoe bottom is as seen - not super shaped or super soft, but comfortable. I like them from the front, however from the side the way the straps are oriented made my average width size 8.5 foot look like a 9.5 length.. just a visual perception but both myself and my daughter noticed it.

my toes don't angle, so my square toes did not fit in this lovely shoe

These proved to be the perfect shoe for my daughter's wedding. A nice, soft champagne gold color to go with my navy dress; not too glitzy. Comfortable shoe with comfortable heel height - stylish yet sensible for standing/dancing for an entire evening. Am on the wait list for a second pair in a currently sold-out color.

Pretty, affordable. I find that many strappy shoes run narrow. I ordered this is a w and it fits perfectly. Comfortable too.

I bought these to wear for my daughter's wedding. They are cute and comfy, with a moderate heel that makes your leg look nice but not so high that they hurt. I put them on at noon and lasted until 10 pm with them--which I think is pretty good. Had to switch to flip flops at the end, but that was from all that dancing and being on my feet all day, not because of the shoes!

Purchased black fabric then pier brown. I liked the first pair that much! After reading the reviews and having a previous pair of similar shoes that slid off my heel, I decided to get a smaller size. I normally wear a 4.5, and have some 5s, but I got size 4.0 and they fit great.

The shoes are beautiful and most importantly, comfortable. They are true to size as well as I can tell. I bought them for a formal party, but I think they would work well with any dressy outfit. Very versatile. I have shopped and shopped for this purchase and I hit a homerun with Zappos.

I bought these sliver shoes for my son's wedding in Aug. They are very flattering and very comfortable. I am 70 and almost never wear heels, but these feel great and do not look "old lady" !!! Also I love Zappos exceptional customer service.

I bought the black leather ones and they are so soft and quiet shoes to wear. I had an interview in a library and they didn't make the clacking noise. I have a narrow foot but they only had my size in a wide width. I don't know how my shoes could be labeled as wide width because they fit perfectly on my narrow feet. Despite other reviews, I wouldn't think these are roomy enough for wide feet. I'm glad I bought these and would highly recommend them.

I need a pair of comfortable, reasonably priced silver shoes for a wedding. These fit the bill, but I decided to keep another pair without quite as much bling.
