In most shoes I wear a 6.5(M). This shoe is attractive so I gave it 3 stars for looks, but just trying it on briefly was very painful. The two lower straps over the toe area were very tight, have no give or elastic on them and the edges were very rough against your skin. These two straps felt extremely narrow. The upper strap was fine.

This shoe is really loose fitting. Your foot kind of slides off to one side - its really too wide for a normal size shoe. The heel also wiggles when you walk. I'm extremely unhappy with the shoe. But since I wore it to walk on a sidewalk to test how they might work for the purpose i bought them for, I can't return them. I'd highly recommend against this shoe if you plan to wear it longer than a few minutes.

WHY is it so hard for manufacturers to make a wide shoe? A wide shoe often has to fit over a bunion, which is in a very consistent spot on a woman's foot. Make that piece wide enough to accommodate. This shoe even uses an elastic in one spot that could easily be designed into the straps over the ball of the foot. It is the most frustrating thing. I always have to settle for boring shoes because I have a wide foot. And they could all easily be designed to better accommodate. PLEASE fix this problem.

I purchased this shoe in silver because I purchased the same shoe last year in black and it fit beautifully. Yes, I verified that the size was exactly the same on both. But the silver shoe I received is extremely tight around my foot. I got the black pair out to compare, and yes the black 9W fits wonderfully. What's up? Returning these and keeping the other silver shoe I ordered. Glad I ordered a backup. Very odd since Naturalizer 9W's always fit me so well.

I love the look of this shoe, but it isn't terribly stable. I noticed the heel squeaking when I walked. Checked in the mirror and I can see the heel flexing backward when I put weight on that foot. I've only seen that happen in super cheap $10 shoes. Sigh. Back they go.

Narrow for my wide foot. Little toe got was being cut off from second strap. Beautiful shoe. Wish I could have worn it.

The fit was terrible. The straps at the toes were too loose. Shoe narrow and it was supposed to be 10 wide. Not true to size. Terrible fit. Returning.

Was sent wrong size - an 8N instead of 10 1/2M

Have no idea on these…..this is the 3rd time zappos has sent me 2 of the same shoe. this time it was 2 left shoes, last time it was 2 different styles of shoes.

These are so narrow. Not sure how they could be listed as "wide" at all.

These shoes are very cute, but totally uncomfortable. There is no arch support at all and they run narrow. This is surprising for a brand that is suppose to be extra comfortable and mindful of foot anatomy.

Need to return this claiming fit problem, because of lack of choices on drop down. Actually fits very well, but the height of heel and its narrowness is not a good choice for walking outdoors on the cobblestone walks where the wedding will be. The style is lovely and flattering. I just want more support.

The shoes look nice but the fit is horrible, so back they go. Specifically, the "wide" width still feels like the average medium width and the shoe itself distributes weight so unevenly that I thought I was going to roll my ankles. Unwearable.

This purchase was a huge disappointment: uncomfortable and with a flaw in their appearance. When the sandals arrived I slipped them on to make sure they fit and the fit was perfect. Very pretty shoes. Popped them back in their box and there they stayed. The day of the event for which I bought them, I put them on and found a brown spot on one of the straps. I was able to get most of the brown off with a damp paper towel but the spot was still visible. Shame on me for not inspecting them closely when they arrived. To add insult to injury these were awfully uncomfortable. After about 2 hours I could no longer stand in them. In summary: these are very pretty and were accurately sized. They were terribly uncomfortable and arrived flawed.

These did not fit my feet at all. They were way too narrow for me and I could not walk comfortably at all. I returned them. That is what I love about Zappos. If one pair doesn't work out, then the return is free and you can try again. I usually order two different sizes becasue my feet are hard to fit, and then return one. Zappos had only one size advailable this time, so I had to return. I will try again.

This shoe runs VERY short; I think that it's probably 2 sizes too small. My heel is hanging over the back by close to an inch. Very cute, but not sized correctly.

The shoe is really fashionable, but it is totally not comfortable to walk. Feet keeps slipping as there is only back strap and no real support in the front.
