Ordered wide & couldn’t get my foot in the shoe. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately this 8W felt snug and slightly short in length unlike an 8W in Danya style shoe.

These shoes fit great and were very comfortable, however they creaked and squeaked like crazy when you walked anywhere in them. Not sure what was going on there, but returning them.

Great looking shoe and looks like they would be comfortable but I take a AA width and I couldn't get my foot into the shoe. Ran much narrower than most shoes unfortunately so I needed to return them.

Shoe was attractive. The back of the shoe felt narrow. The front area next to my big toes fit like medium width. I had gaps beside my big toes--exposed foot bed.

The shoe looks nice, but I don't think it would have been comfortable in the long run. The width was the biggest issue: the heel fit like a narrow shoe, but the front of the shoe bed fit my foot like a wide shoe. On the side next to my big toes, there was a sizeable portion that was not covered by my foot. I have relied greatly on Naturalizer because of the styles and narrow options offered. I am frustrated more and more, as the narrow shoes not longer fit properly. Also, the leather uppers are thinner and flimsier than they used to be for all the shoes. I won't be optimistic about the shoe market until the USA starts making shoes again. Frequently, shoes and shoe stores smell like tire stores. In my city I cannot buy narrow shoes; I have to rely on online ordering.

I usually fit in a 9.5M no problem. This show was tight, and the sides were very uncomfortable as the evening wore on. I could barely walk, they were so uncomfortable. I liked the heel height, but the lack of overall fit and pain while walking was unbearable. Really would like to return....

I will start with the shoes are beautiful. Trusted brand, Zappo’s return policy, and wide width should have been ideal. Unfortunately, I had to send them back. Wide they were NOT. The front toes of my foot could barely get through the last strap. I would never have been able to wear these, let alone walk normally. I can only go by my experience, but in a Clark’s shoe, I wear a 9W. I ordered these in 9.5W because I was going to an evening wedding, on my feet a lot, swelling, etc. Truly beautiful shoes. Wish they had worked. :(

Very nice looking show but too narrow for my feet. I usually wear an 8.5M or 9M but both were too tight In the width. My feet run on the wider side but typically the M fits fine. They were out of stock in the W or I would have tried those. As always, love how easy Zappos makes it to try and return shoes. N

Wanted to love these. Good heel height. But the width of the bottom middle section is very narrow and leaves your arch hanging off the side of the shoe, which was very uncomfortable and felt very unstable. Tried 2 different sizes and had the same issue so ended up returning.

The toe bed of this shoe is weird and my toes hang off it - you can see the same thing in some of the photos that have been submitted by others. I find this really aesthetically unpleasing, so they are going back. They were comfortable enough, but I can't get over the toe bed shape. I don't think this is a width issue.

Don't even think of buying this shoe if you have high arches! Cute but impossible.

Shoes run very narrow. I purchased wide based on other reviewers and was glad I did but they still felt narrow. I purchased them for a wedding and was able to spend the whole evening in them. No super comftorable but they worked.

I ordered eight strappy, black sandals in WIDE WIDTH with a fairly small heal. Seven of the eight pairs felt so narrow, I could barely get my foot in. While this shoe was pretty, it felt like a medium width and not a wide width. Sending back.

this is a very cute shoe but I have a hard time fitting as I have bunions. That is why I try to find strappy sandals. I ordered these in a wide but the toe area was still too narrow. will be returning.

These shoes are very comfortable and true to size. The only reason I rated them an overall of 2 stars was because the second time I wore them the very bottom of the heel part came off, which I thought was pretty bad for the price of the shoe and the fact I only wore them twice. It was only the little piece that goes over the heel that came off, I was able to super glue it back on.

These should be labeled narrow, so I unfortunately had to send them back

straps too loose oh and my little toes hanging out between straps -that's a NO NO.!!!

The Reviews Are Deceiving. Honestly with the reviews on this shoe, I expected a lot more comfort than I got. I wore them to a wedding as a bridesmaid. I’ll start with the two things I liked about this shoe. 1. Looks exactly as it does in the pic. 2. Straps aren’t tight. Now all the cons. 1. Even the wide width is too narrow 2. No arch support 3. Not good for even a little sweat (slight sweat=slippage) 4. Feels like my foot is going to slip out of the inside part/weak strap 5. They do hurt after a few hours. A lot! Because there is no support. Basically, I feel i should’ve gotten the other taller strapped heels by Naturalizer. I got these because of how everyone was raving about comfort? Not true! Also not wife enough at all! I felt like I was walking awkwardly to keep them on. Couldn’t wait to take them off. I regret buying these. Don’t buy these

Not for wide feet or high arches! I usually get a 9.5 wide in Naturalizers, and was very disappointed that these shoes ran so much more narrow than other shoes of the same brand. I even went up a size in the wide to try and make these shoes work, but I could barely wiggle the 10wides on my feet. I had to return and try a different shoe altogether.

These shoes are exactly the style I was looking for, but the 9 wide was still too narrow. If they had come in extra wide, they might have been perfect. So sad that I have to return them.

Wanted to like them, but when I took the lid off the box and saw them I knew without even trying them on they were to narrow for me. The length was perfect just too narrow.

Based on the good reviews here I thought it was safe to give these shoes a try. i usually wear an 8 1/2 but had to send back for a 9. The 9 wasn't much larger than the 8 1/2. Personally I'm super disappointed in the comfort level. For one, that second band from the toe hits right before the joint where the little toe is connected to the foot. (very uncomfortable spot and almost unsightly) As far as the arch goes, my foot doesn't even touch the shoe where my arch is. I had to keep these because I needed them for a funeral- but would have returned. Quality is not great either. The back straps stretched and after 30 minutes needed to be tightened. Not recommended at all.

These shoes run narrow. I ordered a wide, but they aren't even close. I have medium width shoes that fit better than these. I'm very disappointed and will be returning them.
