I needed a 9W but those were out of stock. Tried the 9M - too tight. Am returning them. Amazon had one pair of the 9 W and I got them. These are a lovely practical shoe with a secure strap and cushioned sole for good traction.

These are a fine basic black shoe. The strap feels more secure than it looks and they’re quite comfortable for a snappy little open-toe set of heels. Very versatile. Glad I got the wide width to give my baby toe some wiggle room. Am returning this black pair and getting them in a different color.

I'm a pretty true size 8 M, and found these to be a perfect fit. Admittedly I was a little concerned that my heels might slip toward the more open side of the shoe, potentially twisting an ankle. I've had that problem with that particular style shoe in the past with other brands. Not to worry though -- this heel strap fits snugly -- and between the front and back of the shoe, there is enough support to prevent heel slippage. Nice height heel; comfortable padding in the sole and heel areas; overall attractive/comfortable shoe. Go for it.

Great shoe, stylish and fits to size.

This shoe was not a disappointment at all. I have a narrow foot and really have a hard time finding a comfortable stylish shoe. The this silver pearlized shoe is very attractive and comfortable. It has decent padding that make the 2 1/2 heel comfortable and stops your foot from sliding forward. I found the price very reasonable for a good quality shoe. I wouldn't think twice about ordering a second pair. I also want to mention that I have never been disappointed with the service I have received from zappo. It's my favorite place to shop. I have told family members and friends about the exceptional service this company gives their customers. Thanks zappo!

I got these shoes in the champagne color to match a dress I bought for a wedding it was such a relief to find them in a size 4 they are perfect ! Very pretty not to high and feel fairly comfortable for a dressy shoe. I am a senior woman with small feet.

True to size and comfortable.

Pretty comfortable as far as heals go. Seemed classier to me since they weren’t as sparkley as other silver shoes.

I have bunions and the straps on this shoe do not put pressure on them. I haven't worn them for an extended period of time yet but believe they will be just fine on Gala nights on our upcoming cruise

My 13 year old daughter loves these shoes. Looks nice with her dress & she said they were comfortable. Many shoes slip off her heel since it is narrow but theses are adjustable & stayed on nicely.

These shoes are perfect. I ordered a pair in the silver because I'm getting married next month (yes, at the age of 75!!) and the dress I chose is smoke grey with silver trim. I found a silver purse on Amazon and so I'm all set. Thanks, Zappos, you are great to work with.

These shoes were as comfortable as they are cute! I am not much for heels, but needed a pair of dressy shoes. Once I practiced walking with the spiky (but not stiletto) heels, I was very comfortable in them all night. I highly recommend them!

I already had these shoes in black fabric and purchased them in silver. I wore them to a party where I was on my feet most of the evening. They are not only stylish but are also very comfortable.

Super cute! And they were comfortable on my arthritic toe. But I didn't realize until I tried them on that the heel was as small as it was. I need more of a base. I was really worried about twisting my ankle just because I'm not used to wearing heels. I'll would be wearing them for hours at my son's wedding and didn't feel I could take the chance. Otherwise, they fit the bill exactly!

Stylish, comfortable and love everything about them!

As soon as I slipped on this shoe I thought, "ahhh, this is comfortable." The 2.5" heel is a much better height for me than the 3"heels these are replacing. The only potential problem I see is that depending on the length of your little toe, the strap may catch on the end of your toe. It seems like my feet appear to be wider than they actually are, but I think it's an optical illusion of the straps. I wore these to a wedding, and my feet didn't hurt while I was wearing them or after I took them off. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 depending on the shoe, and the 8.5 fit perfectly.

I feel awesome with them on. They are very pretty. I need to order a half size larger.

I ordered a 8.5 regular width a week before my son's wedding. I wear a 8.5 for most shoes, sometimes wide, depending on the shoe. The shoes came right on time in perfect condition. I put them on the first time the day of the wedding, wore them for 9 hours straight, and felt so comfortable the whole time! I was even able to run up some stairs on a bridal emergency errand :) I am not a glitter, glamour shoe kind of gal, but these were comfortable enough that I never noticed my feet the whole wedding and reception. I definitely recommend!

I ordered this in the silver. It's a beautiful shoe! I originally ordered the black fabric, very sexy shoe, but not the right color for my dress for my daughter's wedding. I then ordered the gold glitter, wow! such a beautiful shoe! but still not the right color, I went with the silver, very nice! I have a narrow foot, wear a size 9. I ordered a 9.5 narrow, still put a cushy insole for high heels in it to tighten up the front straps, and is a perfect fit. I do have very narrow feet. I haven't worn them yet to the wedding, but have walked around the house and seem very easy to walk and dance in. I do have to say the tip at the toes does go in a little pointy so just a bit of the shoe sticks out in front of my toes, but it's not a deal breaker for me. they are just a pair of shoes, don't want to over think it and miss out on gorgeous shoes!!!!

This is a great dress shoe...bought silver and black fabric in wide and really comfortable and padded base of shoe which is unusual in a dress shoe. This worked really well with bunion on one foot too!

These are great shoes! I usually wear an 11 N or 11 SS; the 11 N in this shoe fit perfectly. I now own them in black leather, champagne, and gold. Heel height high enough to be dressy and low enough to be comfortable.

These shoes were perfect for my daughter's wedding. I wore them for over 8 hours with no sore feet. I have wide feet and am recovering from a hip injury which makes it painful to walk. I was worried I'd have to wear flip flops but these shoes were very comfortable and so pretty. I received many complements and look forward to wearing them to my company holiday party this year too!

I absolutely love these shoes! I wore them or the first time last night for a little black dress function. I had several compliments. I was was worried they would slip off my heal. Not at all. I have very wide feet and they fit me perfectly. I'd buy them in every color.
