Extremely nice shoe! Very comfortable with just the right height heal for "mature" ladies!

Haven't worn them at the wedding yet, but, they were delivered quickly! Seem to fit my wide foot comfortably and true to size.

These shoes 4 1/2 fit my granddaughter perfectly. Really a beautiful pair of shoes. Dealing with Zappos was fast and easy!

My experience with Zappos has been amazing. Everything from prompt service to easy returns (very few of those) is accomplished with grace and efficiency. What more can I say?

I bought these shoes to wear with my mother of the bride dress. They are a perfect match. I used them while standing for 30-40 minutes during my alterations for the hemming and they were very comfortable. This was a great test on the comfort of the shoes. Can't wait to wear them for my daughter's wedding. My mom was looking for silver shoes and needed a narrow. She ordered them for her dress when I told her how comfortable I was. The fact that it came in a narrow was a bonus!

As a 60+ year old gramma going to a NYC wedding, I wanted to have great shoes but be comfy enough to dance. These shoes were great esp considering that the venue had multiple staircases and I have a bum knee and not so great feet. I ordered a wide and they were perfect. Wore them from 4pm to midnight. Not slippery, felt secure, but very elegant. Recommend wide size if you have any bunion issues.

These shoes came super fast and were just perfect with a dress I had ordered -- I was using these for my daughter's wedding -- they are nicer in person than on line and the heel is a great height.

I do not wear heels very often but going to a wedding I really needed special shoes and when these came, I could not believe how well they fit and made my outfit perfect. I have shopped many places but Zappos is definitely the best for shoes.

I bought these shoes to wear to a wedding. I never wear heels and I got these for the heel height so I would be able to walk/dance. They worked out great. I received many compliments on them, they were very easy to walk in for a person who doesn't wear heels and my feet did not really start to hurt until the end of the night.

Very pretty shoe. My primary reason for ordering this shoe is that it is available in a wide width. What you don't see in the photo is that there is elastic on the upper band-- a very nice feature. Looks prettier than in the picture. I ordered a 9W and I think it is wider than other Naturalizer shoes. It only gets 4 stars for comfort because it's a heel.

I just got my narrow sandals and have not worn them but I hope to soon. The service was outstanding from beginning to ending and I just love the 365 day return policy. It has been quite difficult for me to find narrow width shoes anymore and so I would recommend these based on the value overall.

Attractive shoe 9 1/2 Narrow fit well and will go well with the Royal Blue dress I purchased for my Granddaughters Rehearsal dinner.

I bought these to wear to a wedding as the mom of the groom. I haven't worn them all day yet but they feel very comfortable and the sizing true to size. The have nice build in padding in toe and heel area and a rubbery non-slip sole. They look very nice on and I would recommend them.

Beautiful shoe but too long ! I've taken a size 11M for years and ordered it in that size. Received the shoe, tried it on and it's at about an inch too long! Strange....I returned the shoes. Wanted it in a 10.5 but it was out of stock. Too bad, nice shoe.

These are beautiful on and very comfortable. I am 5'11" and wear an 11W which fit perfectly! After wearing them for a couple of hours, I got a blister/cut on my left big toe, but these are not made to be comfort shoes. They are very pretty and compared to other dressy/formal shoes, these are much more comfortable than most. I love the way they look on. They are beautiful!

Bought for a trip next month so have only worn them in the house to see how they feel. So far no problem. As with most shoes not much arch support. EXCELLENT service with Zappos! I ordered in the afternoon and they were here the next day. Love their customer service.

I wore these shoes to a masquerade ball with a floor length dress. I love them. They're not too high, yet they accent a shapely leg. I can't wait to wear them again. Oh, danced all night in them too.

This was the fourth pair I ordered, and at last, success! The minute I tried them on, they felt very comfortable. Good heel height for someone who doesn't wear heels very often. I have two formal events this summer and they will be perfect. But I think I can also wear them with dressy pants as well.

Very comfortable basic black with a heel. My only two complaints are that I really wish the end of the heel was a softer rubber rather than the hard plastic that makes me feel like I'm going to skid on hardwood & tile. And I wish they came in more colors & material styles. The black is a very matte black and a bit boring.
