Cushioned footbed with extra for the ball of the foot (less sliding and aches). I found the shoe to be a little narrower in the toes - which I need. Love the Naturalizer N5 system.

Love this shoe! Very comfortable, love the strap over the mid part of the foot, great for me with wider feet. M width was fine for me. Heel is great height.

These shoes were beautiful when they arrived and I was very impressed by the support in the footbed. I went with my normal size (7.5, M), but found that they were just a tad bit too small. I'm exchanging them for an 8 M in hopes that they'll fit perfectly (the exchange process is so easy!).

I hate shoe shopping!! I never find anything I like! I find many of the current styles ugly! I have a narrow foot and generally everything is too wide for me. I was dreading to have to shop for a neutral color, low heel sandal to go with my outfit for my Niece's wedding, then I remembered that my husband used to swear by Zappos, so I thought why not! After a little bit of searching I found these sandals, in a narrow width, and thought I'll try them. So I ordered them and signed up immediately for rewards which took $15 of their cost. They arrived 2 days later and fit perfectly! And they go great with my outfit!! I know I will get a lot of use out of them!

Got these for a wedding- I am not a Heel wearer- ever. These were very comfortable and attractive- for the bill for me to be a maid of honor and wear all night. I have a wide foot and high arch. Perfect right out of the box.

Lovely shoes with the heel at a attractive and comfortable height. I wore these the first time for Valentine's dinner and had no problems.

Ordered my regular size (9) in black, and look & fit was perfect. Wore to 5 hour formal event and they were comfortable entire night. Very happy with style, fit and comfort.

Buy it. These shoes are more comfortable and easier to walk in than others I tried with a lower heel because these are better made. The grippy sole alone makes the shoe feel more solid when walking. I kept these instead of a less expensive, lower heel pair purely because of comfort. I agree that these aren't the trendiest dress sandals available, but they are certainly classic and do not look frumpy. Comfort before trendiness!
