I needed to change from my old 90L travel backpack that was too big for my latest usage. Since I've received my Travel Duffelpack, I had the chance to travel with it. The straps features are great for the train! No strap gets mixed with the neighbouring bags. The handles on each side of the bag make it very easy to grab. The compression feature (+ the travel cubs in it) allowed me to fill the bag and keep it nice and packed. I'm waiting for

I bought this one month ago and I don't think I'll ever need another big travel backpack, when I say everything fits it's because everything and more fits. The quality is great and all the features are truly convenient for a backpacker. The design is futuristic and innovative. Please do more colors!

As an aspiring amateur photographer, I found that my camera gear had to be stored in several bags making it difficult to transport. I was looking a bag that will last a longtime. Through an online ad and YouTube videos I discovered Peak Design and their 65L Travel Duffelpack. My wife surprised me with a visit to the Peak Design San Francisco store where I had the change to check out this pack first hand. First impression...what Peak Design states on line about this pack is Gospel. This pack has an acute case of "Ilities"...Durability, Versatility, and Flexibility. Right off the feel of the pack screams "Bulletproof", well not literally, but you know what I mean. The nylon canvas waterproof shell...Solid. The grab handles, shoulder straps, and all the interior and exterior attachment points are anchored solidly. The Dufflepack is very comfortable when used as either the duffle or backpack. The interior fis cavernous. I have outfitted my pack with a Large Packing Cube V2 for my Camera, lenses, and camera accessories, a Small Packing Cube, for other misc. accessories, and a Tech Pouch for the batteries and cables, etc. With those three items there are still enough room in the pack to contain my full size and table top Tripods and my 13L Mindshift Sling Camera Bag. All without even having to expand the pack. Although, still having the option to expand the pack allows me to throw in a jack or two. The included optional external straps allow for even more flexibility allowing for things to be securely attached outside the bag. I HIGHLY recommend this back for Photographers and Travelers alike.

We just went for 3 3-week holiday to Colombia with the bag. Everything was perfect. We had a small issue, but a replacement bag was sent when we returned. Just amazing. We bought the packing cubs after the holiday and will report soon.

ok, check out my other review for the 45L Travel Backpack. I use that for everything. The 65L is its companion piece. I can fit everything I need in to these to bags. if I am flying I swap out the Duffel 65L for a Peli for obvs reasons, but anything local or by car its the Backpack and the Duffelpack. They're black holes except you get everything back superbly built, I feel like these'll last a life time, and I give them a beating and probably put too much stuff inside (: I would use this for personal travels as well but I dont do that anymore. well, with family, but then I have other 'bag requirements'

Got this for a long trip so I could pack a bunch of camera equipment as well as clothing and shoes. It worked well as I was able to pack pretty much whatever I wanted haha. The many carry options are fantastic.

After a long search looking for the perfect bag, I'm so glad I went with the Travel Duffelpack 65L. I watched tons of video reviews from various brands, but the Peak Design products really stood out, and now that its in my hands, I can see why! Definitely very well thought out, and the build quality is superb. I have very little doubt this bag will last me a lifetime!

I bought this last month and have used it a few times for my international travel. I'm a wheelchair user so cannot use suitcases for my stuff, but I need a 40L~60L capacity bag for my 1 - 2 week international trip. This bag is perfect for me because I can put it on my lap or use it with the backpack style.

My first PD bag, love this thing. The quality of the materials is insane, very well built, I took it hiking on more than a few occasions and it held up no problem through all the bushwhacking I've done. Holds a lot of gear.

I bought my second bad from Peak Design in the last week and could not be happier. After buying an Everyday Backpack about 12 months ago, I have come to love the thoughtfulness, design and functionality of Peak Design products and have been keen to purchase a travel bag. The 65L Travel Duffelpack is the perfect solution to carrying everything I need in a single, well-throughout package that can switch between a rucksak mode and classic duffel. Can;t recommend this enough.

I used wheel-alongs for ages, but switched to the duffelpack to cut down on weight and the awkwardness. They're great for any length of travel from a couple of days (with lots of camera gear) up to a week or two (with... less gear!). It can even fold down to become a weekend carry-on bag.

As a hiker/backpacker and business traveler my bar for bags is pretty high. This one meets every bar for design, quality, comfort, and even style. I love the expandable capacity, the interior nets, the backpack straps, and clever waist belt. The bag just works. The material and zippers are of the highest quality. Even looks great in a subtle/subdued way. If I could add 2 improvements: 1. Incorporate a zippered laptop compartment for easy access to my laptop, like they do with the smaller packs. 2. Smaller zippered (or even mesh/velcro) pocket for phone/keys/AirPods, for easy grab accesses while wearing it in backpack mode. 3. Make a un ultra-light version with Nylon or similar/thinner material.

Travelling to Japan and moving around a lot, so originally purchased an Osprey fairpoint, arrived with a bucked wheel and just felt cheap. Sent it back and purchased the 65l and the difference is amazing. Absolutely love it and so far has been comfortable to carry as a backpack from train stations to hotels.

My girlfriend bough her travel bag 4 years ago and she never travelled without it ever since. She was always telling me to buy one as well. This year i decided to buy one as well for our 3 week trip to Vietnam. I decided to buy the 65L bag instead of 45 L. I can still take it as carry on when i convert it to 45L bag. Because the zip is in the middle i can easily acces everything. The 45L bag has the advantage of having more accessible pockets, but still this is a great bag to travel. Tip: i came to the conclusion that adding some packing pouches is going to be the way to stay organized and keeping items in place and improve access in the Travel Bag.

I used this pack for a one month trip around the UK and EU. When used in conjunction with the Peak Design Packing Cubes, this pack was the most versatile and comfortable pack I've used. The design is sleek, the weight distribution was stellar and being able to adjust from 35L to 65L saved me a ton of money on baggage fees at the beginning of my trip with the space to add things I purchased along the way towards the end. I always felt that my belongings were safe and secure, and never worried that the bag would be ruined on the floors or being checked for flights! This pack fit excellently on trains and car transport! I cannot rave enough about using this pack with the packing cubes, it was like having a very compact dresser with me and it was great for a long term journey. I think I could have used this for up to 6 months or longer no trouble. Highly recommend! (Note: I used 3 medium packing cubes (1- pants, 1- shirts, 1- shorts) ; 1 small packing cube (underclothing); and 1 shoe cube)!

I bought it, as I didn't like my old duffle, that I use for my motorcycle. It's quite big and couldn't hold all of my stuff, especially in summer, as I try to ride protected. With the old duffle, meeting anyone and have a walk was a hassle, as I needed to store the gear. With the dufflepack, I can just add the capacity and wear it on my back instand of the shoulder and it can hold all the gear. I also bought a camera bag medium, so I can store a Mac 13" and all other technical gadgets in the bag securely.

I was traveling a good bit and found getting in and out of shuttles, going up and down stairs and more was a hassle with my wheeled luggage. So I found the travel duffle. It has worked great. Nice size for both a couple of days travel or all week. Sturdy to check on plane. Has been a good solution for me.

I picked this up for an upcoming cross-country trip; I wanted it for the large empty volume and carrying comfort. I used it to carry my photography equipment recently, and based on that experience, I might make this bag my primary photography bag considering how comfortable it is with heavy loads.

I bought this bag and loved everything about it, but I'm looking for a bag that would satisfy Spirit's personal bag dimensions, would be curious to see if PD builds a bag like that.

If you don't like to checkin lugguage like me this is a superb bag because you can turn it into a 45L bag, and at the same time it can function as a 65L when you need it. Looking forward to use this bag on my next trip to New Zealand.

I bought this ready for a 5 week Euro holiday. It's exactly what I'm looking for. Large bag with the ability to be used as a backpack and after the holiday I will double as a large camera kit bag.

Great size and storage capacity. I was able to fit 3 medium packing cubes, a small packing cube, shoe pouch, and a wash pouch in. It was tight but could be used as a carry on on Southwest. As always very solid material and ergonomic design made carrying this bag comfortable despite it's massive size.

Quality of materials is amazing. Not rly a duffle, effectively only a backpack. I love that it can compress down to a 30L. The range of 30-65L is very useful. The overall design of the bag is very well thought out. One critique is the right backpack straps scrape against my bicep a lot which is annoying but might just be a me thing rather than the bag.
