This backpack held up during my first trip with it to Norway, and performed exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for my camera, two lenses, small camera gear, personal items, and tripod. The fabric held up against the wind and rain, and remained sealed. It was comfortable and adjustable, even with added weight. One thing which could be improved on is making the side pockets a tad larger to better accomodate non-PD tripods.

I needed a good day bag with quick access to everything I needed. This bag exceeded my expectations. Enough space for a Sony A7R4 with space for three primes and a filter kit. The Travel Tripod is easily accessible and slides back into the bag with having to fumble with straps or take the bag off. Incredibly functional and comfortable.

I got the 20L a month ago; only worry was that I wasn't a photographer and the config looked flexible but the videos show that gear. I took it on the plane - then reconfigured when I got to conference. The slender laptop section is snug and discourages me from carrying a lot of paper. I love how the bag stands up and can easy grab things in and out. I also got the bigger tech gear pouch - it takes up a lot of space in this bag. Basically I take this backpack in more places than I used to with my messenger bag. Every detail is nice - including how the straps have a magnet for stowing against the pack.

One of the best backpacks I've ever owned, might get a 30L for longer travels, the separators are absolutely amazing.

I bought the v2 30L in black about a year ago. Loved it so much that I recently bought another v2 20L in black for my daughter.

This bag replaced an old camera bag I had been using for awhile. The peak design bag is not only an extremely well designed backpack but also an amazing camera bag.

The quality, flexibility, looks are all top-notch. I own 5 peakdesign products and the quality is equally good on all of them.

I purchased the 20L backpack primarily for airline travel. I typically pack an iPad, PD Tech Pouch (must have), headphones, sunglasses, wallet, keys, and AirPods. I find that they 20L is perfect for my needs - the laptop compartment is a tad snug but works. I love the side compartment access and use it ALL the time. Magnetic closures, additional loops for fixing a jacket to the backside... they've thought of everything. The material is top notch and I expect that this backpack will survive years of use with little signs of wear. My only gripe is that the blue material seems to really show dust/dirt. Ex. when passing it through the security scanner at the airport the backpack picks up and shows dust/dirt from the conveyor belt. Nevertheless I absolutely love this backpack.

The is the best backpack I could ever ask for. I am a businessman and a hobbyist photographer. I always carry my laptop and some electronic accessories but I also want to carry my camera because you never want to miss a good shot. This bag is the perfect solution.

I bought this for a recent trip and for work I'm so glad that I did. I did a ton of research and loved how you can customize it for you. It made traveling in the airport so easy. And I could easily access my camera whenever I needed it.

I bought my Everyday Backpack V1 in 2017 (I'm writing this in 2022). The zipper broke about a month ago. Since I use this bag almost everyday for my camera gear I sent an email to get it fixed. They don't make/fix the V1 anymore so they just send me a new one. I can only recommend this bag for professional and amateur photographers and filmmakers. I'm proud to say that at least 3 of my friends bought this bag because of me :D. The service is so fast and stays amazing even after you bought a bag. The bag might be a bit expensive but the built quality, service and warranty absolutely make it worth the price!

I bought the Everyday Backpack v2 in the hopes of having a backpack for both my laptop and my camera gear, and boy, did it deliver. The laptop compartment fits my laptop perfectly (plus my tablet), the camera compartments are secure and easy to adjust, and in top of that, the backpack simply looks awesome. I also had it with me on trips to Europe and Dubai, and it is a perfect travel companion also. This is the best camera backpack I have ever used.

Have had this bag for a month and love everything about it. I bought an Aer cable kit 2 and Herschel hygiene kit that are situated between the dividers, and they fit perfectly along with a spare change of clothes on top. One thing that I don't see mentioned often is the amount of little loops all around the bag. These are excellent for hanging things on and I have a Matador trek towel along with an Orbitkey multitool attached to a couple of them. The bag is also very durable and you can tell it's made with quality and intuition in mind. I love it!

Title says it all! I always knew the backpack was going to be great since I have watched reviews for it for a little over 2 years now. When I finally bought it and received it I was blown away by its quality. The backpack feels really premium and well made and the amount of features it has is simply outstanding. It includes things I never even thought about, like a shoulder length adjuster to make sure the straps fit comfortably around the wearer. On top of this, the level of organization this backpack allows for is like no other! There's a space for everything you might want to put in it and it'll all fit snuggly without a problem. If you're on the fence about buying it because of the price, just go for it! Trust me, it's well worth it.

I bought the 20L everyday backpack v2 in black and I use it for everything. The design is sleek and looks good as a commuter bag, and I love the side access openings for quickly stowing my camera on photography days. But I also purchased the hip belt accessory and use it (along with the included extra connector strap for the shoulder straps) for serious hiking as well (10+ miles). You'd be surprised by how much you can fit in the 20L bag when fully expanded. On longer hikes I bring 5 liters of water, using the laptop sleeve for my 3L water bladder, plus lots of food and my Canon R6 with RF 24-105 f/4 L lens. And I still have room to spare. The luggage pass through loop is also a very nice feature for airports.

I bought this camera for my travels to Namibia and South Africa. I wanted something light, but big enough to hold my Nikon Z6 with 2 lenses. This was perfect. I LOVE the side zipper - so easy to get to camera quickly! I was able to store all my extras - charger, extra battery and also still store personal items in the top part. Also I loved how easy it is to clean and that it keeps its shape!

I had a few other camera bags and they all had a flaw. Couldn't access the laptop or not enough space for equipment, but the everyday rocks the all. And it looks sick.

From the moment I opened the package with my Everyday Backpack V2, I could tell that high quality was a recurring theme in nearly every detail of the bag. From the attention to detail to the zippers and various convertible storage dividers, this bag is not just for camera people, but for anyone wanting to up their game in the backpack department. I particularly love the look and DWR exterior of this bag.

Bought this a few weeks ago , for a big design feature was being able to carry my 12.9" ipad along with the laptop. The constructions is excellent, my spouse who owns a business making bags and purses commented to me on the quality of the construction and design. I love the flexability to organize based on the shelves. If not quite as many pockets due to its design intent to also carry camera etc. I got the gadget bag, slip it into the bottom and mount the shelf over it. So then plenty of great storage for cables, adapters etc. Overall awesome bag. Live near the rockes so also plan to use this for day hikes and a grab a go bag for when I'm out in my VW Bus camper!

I bought the Everyday second version about a month ago. It was more expensive the any other bag I have, but I wanted to see what I would get for the extra cash. Well, I found out you definitely get what you pay for. The best thing about it 8s the superior design touches throughout the bag. I love the latched cover. It makes getting my camera in and out so much easier than other bags. The side openings makes packing, repacking and unpacking a breeze. Then there are the dividers genius. I love the flexibility to divide the inner space on-the-fly. Plus all the zippers are super smooth. It's the best bag ever.

Perfect for everyday commuting and short air/train trips. It's my new go-to for a single carry on for weekend trips. Of course it's great for camera gear, but I will also use it even when I'm going lens-less. Lots of open space that can be divided as needed. I tried the 30 liter and returned it as it was a little too large, but the 20 liter is perfect for my use. All of Peak Design's products are built of the best materials and have excellent workmanship, and this is no exception. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The bag not only excels in usability but is also beautiful. I highly recommend.

I'm professional photographer and these go with me since the very beginning, and are simply awesome. I had the v1 20l and now the v2 20l and even though it's not perfect, in my opinion I think it's closer. Always thinking as an everyday backpack, city commute or workhorse photo backpack. The v1 was really good, but v2 has improved some key features making it more comfortable and more practical, and probably more durable. I only noticed some wear in some parts (like zippers or textile in the back) after long time of everyday non stop use, I mean after 2-3 years. Even this, the product quality and Peak Design costumers service are other level compared to other brands. So for me, without doubt, is one of the best in its class. Amazing aesthetics, design solutions and quality materials.

Absolutely loving the backpack after 6 weeks. Peak Design's attention to detail is incredible as there are so many small, well thought out features. My favorite is the way the straps are attached to the bag allows them to rotate without bunching up. I've had Peak Design products for over 4 years now but their Everyday Backpack is on another level. Great job team.
