Just not as comfortable as expected. Too squishy. The anatomical support was wrong and didn't work for my feet.

I've lived in Reef Slaps for 15+ years. I went to buy a brand new pair and I'm sad to see that they don't offer size 10-11 anymore. My current slaps are going to break soon, after daily use for the last 5 years. Not sure what I'll do next. I'm so bummed!

I have been buying Girls Slaps For A LONG time now and the last pair I purchased were not the same as the ones I have got in the past! The rubber that they are made of is CHEAP!!! I live in Florida and they make my feet sweat! Older ones do NOT! They make my feat stinky!! Older ones do NOT! They are not even contoured the way they used to be. Please go back to the original manufacturer, it may cost you a little more but I would be willing to pay more!!! Thank goodness I saved my old pair!!!!!

Your sizing has changed!! I have several pair of reef sandals, though older, are all size 7. I ordered another 7 and had to return...too small. I have since asked around and the word is, your newer products have lost quality. Your going to lose long time customers if you don't address this...there's a lot of competition out there.

I like to get Reef sandals because they are wide enough and have arch support and are soft insole. but the last three pairs I tried the sizing changes and the last ones were too tight across the strap. I just feel like I will need to find them in a store because I don't like to send things back and forth.

Have always loved the comfort and soft feel. I have Achilles tendinitis and have always found these to comfortable and the only sandels I can comfortably wear. I had to return my latest pair because they were too small. I have always ordered your size 7 and ordered the same. So your sizing has changed.

Top strap is too stiff and bulky - returned. I've had 5 pairs of Reefs - the older more flexible version, and loved them - not a fan of the newer ones.

For several years, I've worn two pairs of this same shoe--size 9--a little long for me but I loved them. Recently, I ordered another pair--size 9--and they are at least a full size smaller. The length is ok, but the strap between the toes cuts into my skin. My friend has the same shoes and agrees that overall sizing has changed. Are these being made in another country now? It appears to be unfriendly to American feet.

For years and years I've worn Reef Slaps. The first iteration was fantastic; probably the best flip flop on the market for cushioning, support, durability. I bought 3 pairs, and when they were worn out, bought a pair of Slap II. They ran a little small but weren't uncomfortable, and since my first size 6 had been roomy, I was fine. A few years later, when those wore out, I bought the Slap III. What a disappointment. First of all, if I held my Slap II against the Slap III, the new version was a full size smaller. I had to order a size 7. Second, the cushioning lasted about 3 months, then gave out. This wasn't just with one pair, this was all 3 of the ones I'd bought. How I wish I'd been able to purchase a dozen pairs of the original Slaps! I was just looking around on line to see if Reef had fixed this, but there's no sign of it. Instead, there are dozens of complaints on other sites about sizing and lack of cushioning. I have no problem paying $40-$50 for a great pair of flip flops that last a long time and leave my feet feeling good at the end of the day. I have a problem paying $20-$30 for flip flops that do neither.

I've been buying this style for years and love it. I got the white ones and they fit fine. However, the grey ones were very tight and had to be returned. Why the difference?

I have brought lots of Slap 2 and Slap 3's.. The new white Slap 3 was very uncomfortable. The straps were different on this pair.. Very disappointed, I really liked the color.

I have brought these flip flops for years.. Never had an issue. The new white color I have to send back, the straps really hurt my feet. Made completely different. So disappointed, really wanted the color white..

I purchased a pair a year ago from Ron Johns in Orlando. They were great, they did not have my size this year.I noticed that my previous Reefs were a size 39. The pair I received were a 38.5. Big difference in the size 8's. The top of the sole is very rough. Not to my liking. I will be returning the flip flops as soon asI can get to the post office.
