I use these for basically everything! They were my replacements for when my absolutely favorite sandals the Reef Fannings started to only carry 2 colors-black and and brown- bleck! anyways, this is my second pair, and I was totally stoked about the new purple color they introduced this year!! When I got them they were sooo amazingly gorgeous I wanted to wear them immediately!! But even tho I bought the exact same size as my previous Slaps these were super tight! To the point I thought about getting a size up. Unlike the previous ones I bought which fit perfectly on arrival. In the end I figured they would stretch out over time and kept them. I have worn them a bunch and they still are pretty stiff but are very slowly gettig better. Still love the shockingly beautiful purple color and would still continue to buy them as long as they continued to make them in such beautiful colors!!

I really like the new Slap 3. It could be a little bigger, but will break in I'm sure. I had to contact Customer service prior to my purchase because the page displays the Slap as women's size, but when checking out, the site shows Girls size. I was assured by them it is Women's. Don't know why they don't just fix the error.

I pretty much live in them all summer. They have the best support of any sandal I've ever owned.

I love these sandals so much because they give me such great support for walking. I have worn them on trips to Europe and have had no problems with my feet. I really miss having a choice of all black for these flip flops!! Please bring them back!

Casual dress and boat wear

I bought the Slap 2s at a beach store a few years back when my other waterproof flip flops broke while on vacation. They have lasted forever; but finally time to get a new pair. My only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is that I had to get a 10 to fit my feet this time and my old pair was a 9, and my feet are the same size as before! (I originally ordered a 9 from another vendor and had to return those and get the 10s from Reef directly.). Anyway these are fantastic sandals that hold up forever thru lots of exposure to sun and water, and are very comfortable and cute.

I wore the first edition of GIRLS SLAP slippers when I lived on the N. Shore of Hawaii. They are awesome for beaches because they give you the comfort and support you need and don't allow things to poke through the sole. Also, they are stylish and can get wet with no problem. I absoltuely adored the original because I also have wider feet. I don't ever order wide shoes but the straps are tight on my foot. This new version GIRLS SLAP 3 has that same problem. However, I've been wearing them around the house and they are starting to give a little. It'll take a few weeks to break them in. But I'm so happy that I could fine the shoe because I miss the originals so bad! I do like the brown/gold colors that I have but miss the tan/pink and hope they bring them back. I like the lighter color for summer and will buy a pair if they come out with them.

I've worn Reef sandals for many years. I love the soft footbed and arch support. I just wish they were available in more colors.

Nice comfy thong, it goes with almost all casual looks and doesn't need time to "Break In" Reef is n excellent brand if your not a fan of close toes shoes.

Exactly what I wanted except too small

I had an older version that lasted for ever, finally the strap broke on my old flip flops so i ordered these to replace them. I have been wearing them today and I love em so far. The only thing I would say is that I am a size 9-9.5, I ordered the 10 and they fit perfectly. So I would suggest ordering one size up from your usual size.

I love that they can go into water and stay snug on my foot and feel comfortable.

I have plantar fascitis and weak ankles so I try to only wear these for short distances and short lengths of time. The cushioning feels great on the bottom of my feet as the shoes absorb all shock even from city sidewalks, but it's not the same support as sneakers of course. First time wearing them, I needed a bandaid on the top of each foot because the thong part was a little scratchy. After a day or two I no longer had that issue. I have not had a problem with color coming off.

Super cushy, awesome look

Still a great sandal but was hoping to get an identical replacement to my former pair. I ordered the same exact size but the new pair is shorter by quite a bit and narrower. Disappointing I can't replace them as they were my absolute favorite.

I was excited to see a replacement for my ancient reef flip flops. The new ones have the same top strap and texture on the foot bed. Unfortunately the sole is not the same and is very squeaky and less supportive. The old pair had to bottle opener on the bottom and had great support. Wish they would return to the original sole.

I love my older pair of Slap 3 made in Vietnam. Wanted new ones, but they are MADE IN CHINA now. How disappointing Reef!

I anxiously wait for my sandals to come in the mail, and they get here pretty quick, then I have to send back because the size is wrong, again! sending them back is very easy also, but I just can't keep going through the sizing problem. I'm sorry but I will have to find a store in Portland where maybe I can try them on in person. Thanks anyway

I love the cushion and the fit. I've had 3 pairs. Unfortunately, they break at the point were the toe piece connects to the sole of the sandal.

I ache for the original design. I have three pairs, identical, that are light blue with a white leather thong. I would kill for these. Somehow, product development should listen. I have asked and asked for these.

The slap flip flops I used to buy years ago fit better. The newer ones I bought fit tighter thru the arch midsection. They hurt when I walk. I should have ordered a bigger size I think.

I just bought my 5th pair of reefs, they are so comfy! But I always buy men's because of the bottle opener on bottom. That comes in so handy when our neighborhood has happy hour a few times a week!

I have been wearing this style Reefs for years and years. I was very disappointed with this new pair. I actually gave them away. I'm thinking the Reef company has a new manufacturer. My friend bought another style Reef flip flops, and one foot was super wide, the other foot fine. Somethings happening and I'm so sad about it because all I wear is Reef.
