This shoe was lovely, but with my narrow heel the strap slipped even when adjusted. The Wide size wasn't as wide as my Vionics, and not wide enough for me to keep even if the strap had stayed on. They are a beautiful shoe, well made, included an extra cushion, and would be great for a work day if you didn't have a wide foot.

They were perfect length but felt narrower than labeled. Also the arch support didn't fit my high arch correctly and hit the edge of the ball of my foot. I am very disappointed as I really wanted these to be comfortable and appeared to be perfect in the picture and description.

This is a comfortable shoe. I wanted these shoes for English country dancing but my heel lifted out of the back at every step so would not work.

I really like these shoes - the color is beautiful and leather is soft, while footbed is Very soft and comfortable with adjustable strap. Rounded toe box is roomy, and they were narrow. Unfortunately, the toe box was cut just a bit too low for my foot and did not hold my foot securely. Sadly, back they go.

It took me a while, but I finally found the correct size...I hope. It took 4 different sizes but the 9.5 is the one I decided to keep. Size 10 was too long but comfortable. It's a very nice style and height for someone who is 79 years old and attending a wedding. It should work nicely with the stylish Traveler's outfit I purchased at Chico's.

I ordered size 11wide. I tried this shoes with original thick and cushioned insole, and I didn’t feel comfortable. Wide width didn’t feel like wide. When I removed that thick insole, and try it again, WOW! They are feet comfortably. This shoes are not a fancy ones. They are are comfortable to be worn for 8 working hours. The black leather appears to be a good quality. The company did a smart things making this shoes with a thin insole and removable /cushioned ones. Depends on your individual level of comfort, anatomical feet structure, you can decide it for yourself which insole to use. The shoes still feel comfortable to wear, and customer doesn’t have to return them back. Small improvement and generous idea make customers happy!

Sling backs work well for my narrow heel so was happy to find these. Style is classic, small wedge gives a little lift and decent cushioning for a dress shoe. Got the print and black.

Looked good, the width and length were fine and the foot bed is cushy, but the toe box wasn't tall enough so it pressed on my big toe.

Fit and size were perfect, but these weren't quite the style that I was looking for.

Very comfortable, and the sling style is good for someone with a narrow heel. I wish the Softwalk brand had more closed flats with heel padding. That would be a good winter shoe, which the Sandy is not.

I think the shoe will be comfortable but my heel was right against the slight edge at the back of the shoe. I think a 1/2 size larger might work.

These are very cute and comfortable, just not for my feet. They fit very well however, they are very shallow in the toes. They press down on my big toe and I can hear my toe saying “ingrown toenail”. I wish they would have worked.

Might actually be a little TOO cushy, might not provide enough support. Had to return

My heel keep sliding up and down as I walked and hit the back heel. Not comfortable.

The shoe was too long.

The fit was great but the strap did not keep my heel in place. Stylewise, I didn't like how the smooth, rounded toe looked on my foot.

The heel is just too wide. Great construction but sadly I have to return them.

Did not feel comfortable

I love the look and quality of these shoes. I wear a 10 narrow and other brands have always fit perfectly. These shoes are not narrow enough and there were gaps on both sides of my foot. Unfortunately I had to return them.

These are very nice looking flats. The print looks very good in person. Unfortunately they were to narrow and the toe box was too tight for my 3e feet.

Nice shoe but toe box is shallow and stiff--not enough room for my big toe.

First time I've purchased this brand. I got two pair, different color, same size, similar style - not exact - but similar. One pair was fine, but these run small in the toe box. other than that, they seem fine. Color was good, leather is good, etc. Just too small.

I regret these shoes didn't fit me. They were too narrow, despite the possibility of having my width. The leather is wonderful. And the model is lovely. Another time, maybe.
